You can also use the city's bikeshare stations, which are all in walking distance. The closest Capital Bikeshare rack is a 7-minute walk at Rhode Island Ave & 39th St / Brentwood Arts Exchange.

Street parking is free and there is one parking space available on the premises. Though, Washington, D.C. is a very walkable and well-connected city, making it easy to explore without a car. The nearby METRO system (subway and buses) links all major neighborhoods and attractions, while bike-share stations, scooters (Lime, Bird, etc), and rideshare services (UBER, Lyft, etc) are widely available.

For those who prefer to drive, street parking and garages can be found throughout the city, though availability may vary depending on the neighborhood. Many visitors choose to combine walking, Metro, and rideshare for the most convenient experience while exploring the capital.

• Parking: Free street parking is available. Please avoid blocking driveways or handicapped spaces. One on-site designated space is included.
• Lights: For safety, please leave the front porch light on at night. Before check-out, leave the kitchen and porch lights on.
• Fire Pit Safety: Always use the fire hose on the left side of the house (facing the property) to fully extinguish the fire after use.
