Leaside Manor units are strictly non-smoking (cigarettes and marijuana) and quiet enjoyment suites. Monitoring devices are in place for smoking and excessive noise. Any violation will result in immediate removal and a $250 charge.
Quiet hours 11pm-7am. No smoking. No Parties. $100/unregistered guest. Unapproved Pet $200. No pay/view. No open flames. Do not cook lobster.
Dishes, garbage, recyclables, should all be sorted prior to departure. Failure to leave it appropriately will result in additional cleaning charges

The kitchen was not stocked very well. The dishwasher was broken and therefore we were without it for our whole 11 night stay. Also we had no connection for the tv for our whole 11 night stay. After several calls to staff we did not have any success getting either and no discount was offered. So, was it a fair price, no it was not.
