Two families came together for Christmas weekend stay. Pine mountain was the choice so we could go to Wild Animal Safari and The Bible History Center (in LaGrange), "A Starry Night" meal and historical lesson on the birth of Jesus. The cottage slept 8 of us. The 2 teens were in the basement with an air mattress and a couch, which had games, and a bathroom. The 3 couples had private sleeping, but shared a bathroom. The location is very pretty. Nice deck with view of sunset and a bird feeder. The owners provided everything needed which is unusal and very much appreciated. We had table for 8, coffee, condiments, and lots of paper goods, if needed. Everyone complimented the vrbo stay, no regrets. Read the directions carefully given by the host, because gps can get confused. The temperature was set at 70, which worked for us, no need for fire. The best part was that the whole cottage was decorated for Christmas, even 2 trees. We had our gift exchange just like we were at home, actually better than home since we didn't have a tree at home. If you are picky or used to 5 star, maybe not, but it was top end for our budget. We made great memories.
