Lake Front Home

Family weekend stay. Great Location right on the water, plenty of rooms for our family, kids loved the game room and play house. Overall we really enjoyed the home. Definitely not enough parking if you have any boats and you should plan to bring your own garbage bags if you’re staying a few days.

Excellent Vacation at Bear Lake

Highly recommend. 4-5 adult couples and kids will be very happy staying at this beach front home. Well appointed...fun game room. Kitchen is highly functional and ready for cooks to do their magic. Plenty of comfortable spaces and a great back deck.

This is the one!

If you want to reconnect with family, this place has it all! Beautiful home, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, lots of "toys", and so close to the water! No packing everything up and driving to the beach. WE LOVED IT!!!

Lake House

I filled up the rooms and beds and my extended family and they were very pleased. But I was left sleeping in the bad bunk in the toy room with my wife underneath where she bumped her head on the metal frame. The ladder hurt my feet and was barely useful. We did not like the muddy path to the lake to use our kayaks and paddle boards.

Great property

We had a tremendous stay at Bear Lake. The cabin is spacious and perfect. We loved being next to the water. There was a little mud to walk thru to get to the water but it was worth being able to have the access. The yard and play area for our grandkids was a great addition. We loved the back patio and spent most of our time there or outside.

We loved our stay at Bear Lake. The home was amazing. We were very comfortable there. Everyone had plenty of space the game room was used a lot the outdoor playground the little ones loved it became their clubhouse. We would stay there again for sure It was nice having beach front property. It was nice having beach front property. We did have a problem with the people who rented a home above us using the beach that was supposed to be ou private beach. They just assumed that we wanted to share with them because they didn’t have a private beach they just assumed that we wanted to share with them because they didn’t have a private beach. This home is well-kept and clean ! It is in walking distance from downtown so we were able to walk up and go get a milkshake !

Incredible gathering place and right on the water!

This property is amazing. Its greatest features for our family of 19 (including 9 children) that stayed here included great living spaces up and down, and an AMAZING game room with ping-pong, bumper pool, and air hockey. The kids and adults had no shortage of things to do. The bathroom number (5) is great. The back deck (seating for 20+ and a swing bench) with barbecue and hot tub is so fun and the shaded tables and the lovely landscaping with trees provide such a relaxing environment - and I haven't even mentioned yet that the lake is RIGHT THERE just about 10 feet from the fire pit (we stayed on a high-water full lake year). The fire pit has lots of circumferential seating, and the grassy area to the south has to be about 1/2 acre itself - planty big for a game of whiffle ball, volleyball, and night games for the kids. The swingset is so fun and great for kids large and small. What a fun spot! We are sure to return. We rented jet skis from the bear lake marina just a mile or so up the road north and rode them down the lake to the property and rented paddle boards in Garden City to use from the shore. The beach is fairly rocky and reedy on this high water year (but the entire lake is).

This is such a great place to stay!

We had a family reunion with kids ages 3 to 74. Plenty of room for everyone. Very clean and comfortable. Good sized kitchen. Lots of fun games and toys to use in the playroom and right on the lake! We loved it!

We had a great experience staying in this beautiful lakeside home!

We loved staying in this beautiful home. It was clean, spacious, and well maintained. We loved being right on the lake and enjoyed the lovely yard. The home has lots of fun things to keep people entertained. It is close to the Marina and very close to town. We brought our bikes and loved getting around so easily thanks to the awesome location. I would book this property again in a heartbeat!

House was beautiful with a KILLER view. Great layout so everyone could be in the same space. Clean, with lots of great amenities (hot tub, game room). Close to public beaches and restaurants. Will definitely be booking this again for next years' girls trip!

Beautiful home for our family reunion

We just returned from a 5 day family reunion in this beautiful home. There were 23 people and there was plenty of room. It was very clean and well maintained. The kids loved the game room. We all loved the hot tub and the fire pit. This house is definitely lakeside, but you should know and consider that to actually get to the lake we had to wade through swampy grass, mud and biting flies. After one attempt, we decided to pack up the car and access the lake at a public beach less than 5 minutes away. We were a little disappointed because we had assumed we would be playing in the water right outside the back door. I still give it 5 stars because the house was just perfect. Now that we know what to expect, we can plan for day trips to the beach and still enjoy the house. I definitely recommend this house and hope to return some day.
