This was one of the best experiences I have been on with VRBO. The hosts were fantastic and the amenities were top notch. Highly recommended.

Matt was a great host and very responsive to all inquiries. The condo was well appointed with many extras. The location was convenient and close to shops, restaurants and great hiking options.

We had a wonderful time at Matt's condo. It's close to many great hikes without having to deal with the Sedona traffic. There are many restaurants, a bakery, a coffee shop and a grocery store within walking distance. The condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to VOC!

We really enjoyed our stay!! In addition to the proximity to Sedona as a perk— the condo had all the amenities we needed-including coffee bar, fullly stocked kitchen, easy to use TV, first aid kit, walking sticks, fold-up chairs, great Sedona reference books, comfortable beds and the unit was easy to access. Very responsive hosts! We look forward to coming back!!!

The condo we stayed in for 9 nights is in great condition. It had everything we needed, and even more. Communication with Matt was prompt, easy and comfortable.

We had a great stay at this property! The place was extremely clean, very well thought out, and stocked with just about everything you could possibly need. They had items for the kids, shower essentials, kitchen supplies, pool gear, hiking information, and recommendations for things to do around town. They really thought of everything. There was even extra food left in the fridge and a variety of skincare products available. The only downside for us was that the bed was a little too firm, but that’s just personal preference. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay and we would definitely recommend it!

We recently replaced the beds and mattresses in both rooms, and based on helpful feedback like yours, we’ve now ordered 4” mattress toppers for both beds to make future stays even more comfortable. Well stocked condo! We particularly enjoyed the coffee/tea bar. FYI…no hot tub as listed. Laundry is not in the unit, but is free of charge in a laundry room in the next building. Clean and comfortable! Plenty of necessities provided…dishes, soaps, towels, etc. Wouid stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay! The location couldn’t have been more perfect—just a short walk to great restaurants and shopping, and only minutes away from some of the best trails Sedona has to offer. The space itself was not only convenient and well thought out but also incredibly comfortable. After long days of hiking and exploring, coming back to those amazing beds was such a treat—they made for the best nights of sleep! Everything about this stay was seamless and relaxing. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to enjoy Sedona to the fullest!

This was hands-down the best experience we've ever had! The space was exactly as described, and even better in person. It was so clean, welcoming, comfortable, and overall beautifully set up! The hosts went above and beyond with communication. We had everything we needed, plus more! There was so much attention to detail! Highly recommend this space for your next stay in Sedona! This was the perfect location! We loved being able to walk to nearby restaurants and even the art fair – it made the trip so easy and fun. The host’s recommendations were spot on. We especially enjoyed trying Dellepiane, and their suggestion for dishes was exactly right – absolutely delicious! On top of that, communication with Matt was excellent – quick, clear, and super helpful. Such a great experience all around!

My family of 4 stayed here for spring break and had a great experience! The area was clean and quiet. The location was perfect in the Village of Oak Creek. Easy 20-min drive into Sedona. The condo was well stocked with everything that you’d need. My boys found the honey sticks, so those were a hit ;) The hosts were easy to communicate with and check-in was a breeze. The only thing that bothered my husband and I were the beds. They were so firm and had no give which made it uncomfortable to sleep well, at least for us. Not enough to dock a star, just a preference. Highly recommend this place for your next Sedona stay! We will most definitely be back!

We do want everyone to be as comfortable as possible while they’re enjoying the area. We’ve ordered mattress pads for guests who prefer a softer bed, and these will be stored in each room for guests to add if they choose.
