The Space:

Begin your tour of this gorgeous house in the open-concept living area, where the modern and vibrant

living room perfectly blends with the fully-equipped kitchen and cozy dining area.



After a day of exploring the exciting attractions of Englewood and the Gulf Coast, relax in this spacious

and inviting room, filled with natural light that floods through the large windows, highlighting the elegant

The home boasts two additional lounge spaces, one adjacent to the living room and the other in the

inviting sunroom.



When it's time to rest, go to one of the two lovely bedrooms, each designed to provide a comfortable and

luxurious experience. While no bed compares to your own, we guarantee these three will come close.

Finally, we invite you to start and end each day in the fully fenced backyard, complete with a spacious

swimming pool, luxurious hot tub, alluring sun lounges, and a lovely lawn ideal for outdoor activities and

relaxation.

The house is conveniently located in the friendly and tranquil neighborhood in Englewood, FL, a laid-back

Gulf Coast destination renowned for its serene beaches, turquoise waters, and Old Florida charm.



The heart of Englewood lies along its stunning coastline, featuring Englewood Beach, Manasota Key

Beach, Blind Pass Beach, and Stump Pass Beach State Park, all renowned for their soft, white sand,

excellent shelling, and frequent shark tooth finds. Start your day on the beach to enjoy sunbathing,

swimming, and vibrant Gulf sunsets. Meanwhile, more adventurous guests can explore activities such as

★SAFETY ★

There are 4 cameras located on the property, one facing the driveway, one on the right side of the house towards the front door and 2 in the rear on on the pool equipment side and one covering the pool area. They are not monitored cameras but they do record to a DVR on site and are there for yours and our safety



★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★

We love those little (and not-so-little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to

accommodate them.



★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any evidence of smoking will result in odor removal and

furniture cleaning fees.



★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★

We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and

your return visits.



★ POOL HEATING ★

During the cooler months there is a $50 per stay charge for pool heating, this is to offset the cost to run the heater. This applies to stays of 4 days or 30 days. Pool/spa is set to run on a schedule, Pool heats from 9-6pm. Spa cannot be heated higher then pool while pool is heating. It would be one or the other heating.
