Perfect place to relax and enjoy the beach. Clean, comfortable and so close to the beach that you can hear the waves from the porch in the morning. Well equipped for cooking and multiple comfortable spaces to eat and relax. Host was very communicative. Great stay!

The two night stay was very comfortable. I was visiting relatives so I didn’t use the kitchen or the outside seating area much but I would come back to stay longer another time.

Peaceful home in great walkable little neighborhood. We had a great time taking varied dog walks to the beach and around the quiet little streets checking out the eclectic homes. We had a great time playing golf a couple times on mainland. Great outdoor spaces, we loved the privacy will book again.

This treehouse checks all the boxes, super cute, super clean, super close to the beach. The outdoor spaces are amazing & the blooming jasmine & gardenia are a fragrant treat. The house is very comfortable & has everything you need including a well appointed kitchen. Our host Jennifer recommended a local masseuse (sophlowyoga.com) who came to us, set her table up on the deck & gave us massages in the evening breeze. It was magical!! And the outdoor shower is delightful. This is a 10/10 gem, we will be back!

Such a uniquely intriguing property. We loved the tropical bohemian atmosphere. So fun! It was very easy to get to the beach via community beach stairs. No need to go to the public beach. Communication was above average with Jennifer, the host. Traveler tip: pick up some laundry soap if you intend on doing a wash before crossing the causeway because there may not be any in the rental. We enjoyed our stay!!

This property was absolutely perfect for our needs. We are co-workers travelling for meetings w clients. This property provided the needed privacy as well as a place to collaborate and work. The location is quiet yet close to access to main road systems. The property owners were attentive and patient with questions I had. I would also recommend this for family gatherings as well. The beaches are super close, it's on a quiet street and has ample space to spread out. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare and dine in. It is certain that I will reserve this again for any future needs.

Our Host, Jennifer was amazing! She got back to us right away and answered all of our questions. The house is amazing! Nestled in the Palm trees, you really feel like you have a special oasis. All the amenities and Such a close walk to the beach. We were in paradise! We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing five-night stay at this Vero Beach rental and would absolutely come back.The standout for us was the backyard. The fully fenced-in space was not only perfect for our dogs to safely roam and play, but it also added a great sense of privacy. It truly felt like our own little retreat—quiet, secure, and ideal for relaxing both for us and our pets. If you’re traveling with dogs, this setup is hard to beat.The walk to the private beach was another highlight. It was quick and easy, and we loved that it was pet-friendly so our dogs could come along and enjoy it with us. Having that kind of access made each day simple and stress-free.Inside, the home was incredibly clean and well cared for. Everything felt fresh and ready for guests. The beds were especially comfortable—everyone in our group slept great every night, which made a big difference.We also want to call out how great the owners were to work with. They were very responsive to any questions we had and communicated clearly throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and worry-free.Overall, this home checked every box: a private, dog-friendly backyard, easy beach access, clean and comfortable living space, and excellent communication from the owners. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing Vero Beach getaway.

The property is NOT in the condition shown. It is run down, filthy, disgusting…..we would have never booked if the pictures were accurate. I have over 40 photos to verify what I’m saying. There are far too many things to mention and shame on those who wrote an untruthful review. Are you friends or family perhaps. The host is a nice person who offered to refund total amount of which we settled on half. We booked seven nights, left after six. It ruined our entire trip. She reminded me that our dog was not allowed on the furniture. Our dog would have gotten dirty on her “yellow “ chase!!! Don’t make the same mistake. I don’t know if I can post pictures but if I can I will. This property needs major work and should be removed from VRBO’s site if they care at all about their integrity.

I always strive to ensure guests have a wonderful experience at the tree house. Unfortunately, it became clear early in this stay that we would not be able to meet this guests expectations. While some travelers prefer the consistency of a corporate hotel, our listing is designed to offer a unique experience. I am surprised by the feedback regarding the custom-made chaise lounge, and I am sorry that our aesthetic and accommodations did not align with this guests preferences. I did everything possible to ensure a positive outcome during this visit. While I regret that we fell short, the consistently high ratings from our other guests affirm that the property remains a clean, comfortable, and unique destination. I wish these guests the best in their future travels.

Had the most wonderful weekend here with my boyfriend, sister and my dog!! The house is a pet owner heaven - large gated top deck for lounging, fully fenced in yard and the owner even has a bin of a few dog toys that my pup really enjoyed. The dog-friendly beach was a 5 minute walk away, so quiet and peaceful. The owner also provided everything you could need for a beach day - towels, chairs, an umbrella and cooler! Truly can't recommend this home enough if you're looking for a beach getaway with your dog. Will definitely be returning!

We loved this property. The stunning beach is a 3 minute walk. The house is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.Jen was an amazing host and checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. She was prompt in communication and the price was very reasonable. Perfect location. I’d definitely stay here again!

Very well stocked! Super short walk to private beach and dog friendly both in house and on beach!! Host checked in to make sure we were settled in and giving us her direct contact in case we needed anything. She was great! Would definitely rent again!
