Villa Punta Sam is more than you would ever hope for in a vacation home. With lavish decoration, spectacular outdoors, and even its own sports bar, this residence is the benchmark for stylish beachfront living.
From the moment you walk in, your expectations go out of the window. Right in the middle of the open-plan space, a jacuzzi sets the tone for the rest of this dashing villa. Open the ceiling-high glass doors. The living room, dining room and kitchen will integrate with the impressive pool and sun deck area, which overlooks a fabulous stretch of private coastline.
On the second floor, you’ll find five fully-equipped bedrooms that will comfortably accommodate up to 15 guests. Bathtubs with ocean views, king and queen size beds, and private terraces make it hard to say which is the best suite, but there sure is something special for everyone.
Climb to the rooftop and find the semi-covered terrace, which could easily become your favorite spot. With a dining table, barbecue, and sun lounge, this place is perfect both for reunions and relaxing yoga sessions with 360º views. If that wasn’t enough, there is a pneumatic vacuum elevator worthy of a super hero’s lair that connects the three levels and makes the villa perfect for senior guests.
