Vores luksuriøse 7th floor sub penthouse Villa har en rummelig terrasse med spektakulær udsigt over havet og lander slutningen. Det ligger på den meget populære Medano Beach, det er gåafstand til Marina og downtown Cabo. Villaen er fuldt udstyret og omfatter følgende:

Cabo vacation

Home away from home

We loved our stay! The unit was spotless and had everything we needed to be comfortable for the week. We were welcomed with snacks and drinks prepared in suite. Eduardo was amazing and checked in on us during our stay. Estancia was perfect for our family of 5. Close to all of the spring break action but far enough away to give us a place to relax. We loved the views from the patio and easy access to the swimmable beach.

Amazing stay at Villa la Estancia

I last stayed at this resort about 10 years ago and it was as fantastic as I remember. The booking process could not have been smoother, the villa was wonderful and we were greeted with some delicious margaritas and handmade salsa/gauc upon our check in. 10/10 experience, would love to book with this host again!

Amazing family vacation in Cabo

The unit was perfect for our family of 5. The three beds in the 2nd bedroom was perfect. The property manager and cleaning staff were excellent. They even had Margaritas and snacks waiting for us at arrival. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful place I Cabo

Fabulous time at this comfortable, spacious condo with an outstanding view. All things as pictured - the bed was great, the kitchen was well appointed and the property was well maintained. The consierge and owner were very responsive. Highly recommend.

Great time!

We love staying here. First time in this unit but it was laid out like another one we've stayed in. Advice would be to use house manager to purchase groceries prior to your arrival. We wish we would have done that this time even though our stay was pretty short. Can't wait to go back!

Beautiful Villa

This is a beautiful villa in a beautiful resort! This is our 4th time renting this same villa and it never disappoints. If you have 3 kids, the 3 beds in the 2nd bedroom are great. The place is very well maintained and updated. Everything you need is there and the view is so pretty. Villa la Eatancia is close to everything. The service there is great and the pools are fabulous. Highly recommend!

Perfect stay

We love Cabo this is our second stay at Villa la Estancia and we can't wait to go back! Our unit had an incredible view and came with daily housekeeping which was just amazing! It has all the amenities you need and so spacious for two families. Thank you for allowing us to vacation in your beautiful place can't wait to go back.

A perfect vacation from start to finish

This is our second family vacation staying Villa la Estancia. The property is centrally located and sits on a swimming beach. The condo floor plan is well thought out and all the comforts of home. We really like that the property is gated and there is everything you need including a market, coffee house, ice cream parlor, gym, and excellent restaurants on site. We can't wait to go back next year!

Wonderful property

My family just returned from a week in this wonderful villa. The property was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook. The staff from Bellman, to pool servers and everyone in between were amazing and so friendly. We had a wonderful time and will be planning another trip to this villa again!!

Our family vacation

The location was perfect, close to downtown and the marina. Beautiful views of lands end. Service at the resort was excellent. The villa was clean and spacious. The only complaint I have is one of the beds in my daughter’s room had a mattress that was completely caved in the center so no one could sleep there.

Christmas in Cabo

We had the best time celebrating Christmas in Cabo. The property is exactly as described, perfect location. The view was amazing. Salvador was super helpful with arranging our transportation, booking us an excursion and setting up a dinner in the Condo (highly recommend the dinner). The staff of property is so nice. Would 100% book this condo again.

Best Time in Cabo!

This unit was perfect for our family. Super clean. Beds are comfortable. Amazing view from the balcony. Kitchen had everything we needed. The staff is super friendly. Onsite restaurants are superb. We will be going back next year!

Beautiful property!

This is the second time we've stayed at this rental. Loved the service and the gentleman that came to check on us the first night who came with chips, salsa and guacamole. Such a kind welcome! Already looking forward to coming back!

Villa 1706

Exceptional, is the only word to describe our stay at La Estancia. The room was just as Brian had described. Beautiful views from the balconies. The villa was setup perfectly to accommodate everything that we needed during our stay. Eduardo was incredible. He was available during the entire stay to help setup rides, dinner reservations at local restaurants and even set us up with a private boat for the day. Our driver Angel was awesome and very flexible with our schedule. He was the best. Overall our stay was a 10 out of 10. I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend staying at Brian’s Villa. You will not regret your decision.

Great property on the beach

Villa La Estancia is a great property that we have been traveling to for years. The property is well maintained and many of the same people we met 15 years ago are still working there. Everyone is friendly and will go out of their way to help you with anything. The property has nearly anything you need from restaurants, stores, a gym a spa, pool and tropical drinks.

Great property, great place to stay!

Our family had a lovely stay in this property. Unfortunately, the private concierge was not able to be on property when we were there, so hopefully that has been figured out, but other than not getting the "mexican treat" everyone raved about, it did not affect the stay. The pool is good, the beach location is great, the view is great. Transportation is easy to obtain through the general concierge or via taxi. We did not go to Costco, but did go to Wal-Mart. Food and beverage on property are $$$, so I recommend having some snacks and food in the unit. Great stay! Thanks!

Excellent Accomidations!

Beautiful Villa with spectacular views of the Ocean. The Villa is very clean and well kept and beautifully decorated. It is spacious and has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The owners Brian and Stephanie are a delight to work with. Excellent customer service. We enjoyed our vacation and would love to visit again. I would highly recommend this villa. Thank you for the wonderful memories.

Our family is so excited to finally own our spectacular Villa in Cabo San Lucas. My husband and I (Brian and Stephanie) along with our three children (Kaila, Kassidy and Ryan) have been vacationing in Mexico for many years and have been looking to purchase a vacation property for over 10 years. But we needed to find the right one, and as soon as we arrived at the Villa La Estancia we knew we had finally found the perfect place.

We have over the years visited many different parts of Mexico, every time we always compared everything back to Cabo San Lucas, I remember a Mexican cruise we took and the Kids crying because they did not want to get back on the boat, they love Cabo and wanted to stay there. Medano beach is one of the most beautiful beaches, we especially love it because the kids can swim in the ocean, they spends hours everyday in the surf playing. We also have had many great memories and family fun, in the beach restaurants (The Office, Mango Deck). Brian and my son Ryan love deep sea fishing, this property is an easy walk to or quick cab to the bustling exciting Marina. When the boys go fishing the girls go shopping, still after many trips we never get bored of walking the streets downtown and seeing what the locals have for sale. Many other exciting fun activities that our family enjoys are taking a water taxi over to lover beach to snorkel, the boys are always spotting whales, we love to do ATV trips and horseback riding. So many great restaurants in town. But at the end of the day going back to the Villa La Estancia is such a treat.

There is so much to do in Cabo San Lucas, but when all is done and you head back to the Villa, the grounds are breathtaking, the atmosphere is quiet and tranquil, the pools are beautiful, the steak house is incredible. A glass of wine on the patio looking out over Lands End is always the best part of the day.
