An exceptionally clean, well furnished apartment in a perfect location. My wife and I live in Cannes but needed a larger apartment for houseguests as the apartment we are renting was too small. From the very beginning, Patrizia was a kind and responsive host who made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment had more than enough room for four adults with lots of luggage, and it is located steps away from the beach, shops, and restaurants. If you're looking for a place to stay in Cannes, you've found it. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

I was very pleased with everything about my stay here. I was in town for an industry event and I've had some rather unpleasant experiences in the past when places to stay are in short demand. Patrizia and her husband were so kind and welcoming hosts. From the time I made the reservation, to arrival to the time I left Patrizia was so communicative and kind. The location of the apt. is ideal,it is spotless and well maintained. I will DEF be reaching out the next time I have an industry event in Cannes!! I wish I was there for holiday as the beach directly in front of the apt. is STUNNING!!

This is a fantastic apartment. It is compact, but really well laid out and really well equipped. We were 5 people: 2 adults and 3 teenagers and we were really comfortable. I slept on the sofa bed, which was also great. Beds, a/c outside area all great. A massive attraction was it was virtually on the beachfront.

Beautiful and well located apartment

We spent 5 days at the apartment opposite the beach. The interior was airy and light with good air conditioning which was important this summer. Everything was clean and the outside terrace was nice to have. Thank you Patrizia!

Elegant apartment right on the beach

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time staying in Patrizia's elegant and comfortable beach front apartment. The apartment had everything we needed (comfortable sleeping arrangements, washing machine, kitchen, wifi, parking). We found the location to be very convenient, right in front of public beach and a walking distance to the heart of Cannes and to plenty of restaurants and stores. The hosts are very kind and helpful.

CANNES BEACH FRONT APARTMENT

THE APARTMENT WAS EXACTLY AS DESCRIBED BUT ONLY BETTER ON ARRIVAL. THE HOSTS WERE EXTREMELEY WELCOMING AND THE APARTMENT WAS VERY WELL EQUIPED AND FURNISHED, IN FACT IT WAS LIKE BEING AT HOME. THE BEACH FRONT TERRACE WAS JUST PERFECT WITH AWNING AND PATIO FURNITURE, LIGHTING AND BEST OF ALL AN AMAZING VIEW FIRST THING IN THE MORNING. Amazing Apartment

The apartment was nothing short of superb. It's conveniently located across the beach. We were a family of five (three small children), and found this location to be most convenient for our family. You are just a short walk from restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries. The apartment is extremely clean, and well maintained. Every room has an AC. Patrizia and her husband were amazing hosts. They were always available. Will definitely return in the future.

Patrizia Our family really appreciated your hospitality and lovely beachfront apartment in Cannes. We definitely wished we had stayed longer. I would highly recommend your apartment to anyone looking for a place to stay near the beach. The apartment is well appointed and immaculate. While it’s across the street from the beach, we also walked into the heart of Cannes to catch the train for a day trip to Monaco and dinner. Sunny spot in Cannes

We enjoyed 4 nights at this apartment right across the street from the beach. The apartment was clean with modern decor; Patrizia and Bepe had staples in the cupboard and fridge for us to use, including a bottle of wine and 2 beer. A warm welcome! We enjoyed eating breakfast on the patio overlooking the beach and sipping wine/beer in the late afternoon. The location is excellent for walking through the old town, or the shopping area as well as catching the ferry to the islands. And the great thing is that the apartment included a parking spot. We had an amazing extended stay at this lovely apartment! From the moment we arrived, the host made us feel welcome—meeting us in person and checking in now and then by text to ensure we had everything we needed. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing.The location couldn’t be better: just a short walk to the beach, so we were able to enjoy sunny afternoons and peaceful evening strolls. It’s also steps away from Old Town, great restaurants, grocery stores, and public transportation—making it incredibly easy to get around without a car.Whether you’re looking for a relaxing vacation or planning to explore the region, this place is ideal. We took day trips to beautiful spots like Antibes, the village of Èze, Monaco, and Île Sainte-Marguerite—all easily accessible by bus or train. Wonderful time in Cannes!

We just stayed at this wonderful vacation home in Cannes for a week and we couldn't be more pleased with our experience. As a family with three kids, we found this location to be perfect for a beach holiday. We absolutely fell in love with Cannes and France! The placement of the apartment is ideal for families with children. It offers a stunning sea view, is close to food places and a playground, making it incredibly convenient. The apartment itself had everything we needed – it was very clean, modern, and spacious. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring we all got a good night's sleep. The large terrace with a sea view was a favorite spot for the whole family, and the air conditioning in every room was a much-appreciated feature during our stay. One of the highlights was the clean, free beach just steps away. Even with temperatures between 22-25 degrees, we were able to swim and enjoy the sun comfortably. Parking at the house was another great convenience. While there is a bit of noise from the street on one side, we quickly got used to it and it didn't affect our overall enjoyment. Additionally, the host family was very friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. I cannot say enough about our wonderful stay at this oceanfront apartment! The host Patrizia was so kind and gracious from the moment we booked it. Booking, check-in was easy. She suggested places to eat and visit in Cannes and the surrounding area. Her place is wonderful. It is charming and spotless, had everything we needed, and was so comfortable for my husband, teenaged daughter and me. It would be fine for a slightly larger family too (6 at the most). The location is amazing. It is right on the oceanfront, with gorgeous, peaceful views and a fabulous patio to watch the sunset. There is parking, but everything in Cannes is very walkable so a car is not needed. A bakery, a small store, and many restaurants are steps away. The plage du midi, the long, sandy beach it overlooks, is relaxed, pretty, and was never crowded. The apartment is an easy 10-15 minute walk from the busy Croisette, perfect to go sightsee and then retreat back to your quieter part of town. We honestly felt so lucky to have found this place and Patrizia. She went above and beyond. I had a small medical situation and she advised us of a clinic that saw me right away and saved our vacation! I would kind of like to keep this place a secret because it is so perfect, but of course I won’t. We thought Cannes was a place we may go once or twice in our lives but we fell in love with it and Patricia’s place and already are trying to figure out when we can go back! Don’t hesitate to reserve here if it’s available.

Merci beaucoup,on espere de vous avoir bientot. En ce dificil period on fait le maximum pour garantire securitè aux personnes, on utilise disinfectant et produits specifiques pour sanifier. On vous remercie pour avoir apprèciè .L’apartement permet de voir et vivre la mer en condition de tranquillitè ,avec une vue unique sans être dans la foule.

The apartment his used by my mother, my daughter or friends, since we have another apartment in the same building.
When we are not there we rent it.

Unique location. Beachfront, just like you are on the beach.
Very big terrace whith awsome sunset view.
The flat is in an Art Deco building with very spacious rooms.
Next to the building there is a park with playground.

We offer baby equipment for the family: Chicco cot - Ikea highchair - baby bath tub
