A view of the resort lake awaits you at this stylish condo full of natural light. Enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine out on your own private balcony - you'll be cool and tranquil inside thanks to central air conditioning and a ceiling fan in each bedroom. Play your favorite album on the stereo as you relax! You'll have no trouble cooking up something tasty in the full kitchen with its gorgeous stone countertops, cooking tools, and eat-in dining area that's also perfect for prepping ingredients. Two bedrooms feature full en suite bathrooms, with the main bedroom's featuring two vanity counters, a standalone shower, and a soaking tub. But no matter which room you pick, you'll be able to enjoy access to a shared pool, hot tub, and fitness center during your stay.

Enjoy multiple beachfront access points from this private community! Golf lovers can rejoice. Nature lovers will enjoy walking the MalaCompra Greenway Trails just two-and-a-half miles away. If you're looking for more of a challenge, try hiking or riding the mountain bike trail at the Graham Swamp Preserve just over eight miles from the condo.

Beautiful condo, perfect location, nice view with all the amenities. Across the street from the beach with pools a few steps down the road. The master bed was not the most comfortable and probably needs to be replaced and the reason for 4 stars. Wonderful stay.

This area of Palm Coast is perfect for a family getaway. Everyone had a lot of fun. We will be back

Great for the family

We had a wonderful time with the family at the beach. There were a couple of things messed up at the condo but we made the property manager aware and they were happy we got I contact with them. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our little getaway

We really enjoyed our stay here.The property has everything our family needed to make our getaway comfortable. Great location within minutes from the beach, pool, and stores with nice updates. Surprisingly, even if it accommodates tourists with pets, it was very clean. Beds were comfortable, high speed internet, board games, and plenty of towels. We will definitely be back again.

Overall very nice stay. Condo was nice, appears to have been updated. The sofa is not very comfortable, the cushions seem to squish down too much. My only other negative is how expensive it was to stay in this condo. I don’t think it was worth 3777.00 . If it was directly on the Beach maybe that price would be justified, but not for condo facing lake. Overall stay was good.

Family getaway

The condo is spacious. However, there were a few maintenance issues that need addressing. The beach has rocks which prevented the grandkids from enjoying the water.

Our group was me, my sister (who is recovering from cancer surgery) her daughter and my 3 daughters.

Balcony overlooking lake was an excellent place to sit and talk, laugh, eat and drink. Bedrooms were very comfortable. Glad to have a big carafe with our coffee pot but it did not stay hot. Nice large condo space and layout.

Short Weekend Stay

Beautiful property! Very accurate to listing! The property manager messaged the day if check-in and was very responsive and helpful with any questions! The only suggestion I can make is that the carpet, although clean, is a bit stained in places, which is not surprising given its a pet friendly unit. Otherwise, this unit was extremely spacious, clean..perfect for our short family weekend.

Anniversary get-away

Condo is spacious with great location. However, the washer and dishwasher were broken for our stay. But Karen M. of Vacasa was super in getting us all the towels we needed for our stay and making adjustments! We were able to speak with her at 10:30 p.m. on our first day there and she had all of our towels there in the a.m. the following day! She is the best!

Property conditions

Location and ameties were great. Condition of the property were not. Carpeting was worn and stained. Twin bedroom lament floor needs repaired. Dishwasher is loose and needs repaired.

This unit is large and very pretty. I have no real complaints but a few suggestions for an improved stay. There is no ice maker which was surprising for such a high end property with a relatively new refrigerator freezer. Also each bathroom should have had a blow dryer, there was only 1.

Beautiful location close to beach

Beautiful area. 2 mins walk to the beach. Quite a bit of maintenance and repairs needed ( too many to mention them all). We loved that it was pet friendly. Condo was very spacious with beautiful color scheme. Dishwasher hadn't been replaced prior to our visit but we expected that from other reviews. We tried washing clothes our last night there. First couple of loads were fine but them the washer didn't want to spin. Mildew on the cloth shower liner. Tub wasn't draining well so there was a few inches of water in the tub while showering. Overall, we had a good time considering the inconveniences.

Great location. Short walk to beach. Comfortable, spacious & well equipped condo..

Condo rental is wonderful. My problem is not with the condo. I had a real issue with printing the parking pass through Vacasa. I had to download a software online to do this properly. It took hours since I wasn’t sure what to do. Then I had to download a free trial, of a software-but then the software company charged me $300 on my credit card. After the free trial. It was a big hassle.Fortunately, my credit card company picked up on it and identified as Something I had not purchased and canceled it for me. I hope Vacasa can address this issue.

Family trip with parents

The property was nice and the location was awesome with easy access to pretty much everything - the walkway to the ocean is across the street and the pools are just a few steps down. Plenty of room in the condo and we had everything we needed in terms of kitchen cookware, dishes, coffee maker, etc. I will say however that the place could use some repairs. The carpet could be replaced and the laminate floor tiles in the twin room were loose and would slide around from side to side when you walked. The trim across the doorway was completely unattached to the floor, furniture legs weren't secure on the bedroom table and the closet doors were off the tracks and wouldn't close. Light bulb was out in queen room and the bedrooms could use more lighting in general. Shower curtain liners in bathrooms also need to be replaced. I think most of these are easy fixes and would really improve the stay.
