This prestigious house in Buena Vista offers 4 cozy bedrooms with a king suite with a 5 piece master bathroom. Big shower, oversized soaking tub, his and hers sinks and a toilet, 1 queen room, and a room with a queen and a full bed. In the last bedroom has a king bed. With 2 extra bathrooms (one upstairs and one down) equipped with showers, bathtubs, toilet paper, towels hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner, guests will feel like they're at a personal resort.

Open floor plan upstairs with a fully accessorized stocked kitchen. Plenty of room for big groups or families.

Don't miss out on all the fun with a movie theater, pool table, air hockey, and more than adequate entertainment space in the basement. But don't forget about the 6 to 8 person hot tub, and the huge back yard You may not want to leave our lavish abode.

Plenty of off street parking. Roomy enough for over 5 vehicles.

The welcoming atmosphere of this property combined with the luxuries provided is perfect for your trip to Buena Vista. Our place will help you feel pampered while you're traveling in this charming city.

There is no A.C. It's cool in the mountains here, the days might be warm, but the nights are definitely cool. We have never needed a.c. we open the windows and sliding glass door with the screen closed, at night, and shut everything in the morning... the house stays cool all day.

2027 will have trophy mounts on the walls once again (animal heads). Please be aware if you are sensitive to things of that nature. pictures will be updated after the change.

We are already planning our trip next year at the exact same place. We hiked Mount Yale and it was 20 minutes to the trailhead from the house and the town was even closer for dinner each night. This was literally the perfect property. Everything included made this trip certain will be back to do Princeton next year.

Highly recommend! Such a great spot for a group. The home is lovely with lots space and entertainment. The hosts were wonderful and beyond accommodating. We were really lucky to have stayed at such a perfect spot!!

This is a must stay place! The location is incredible! You have a beautiful view of the collegiate peaks and it is the perfect distance from town! The house itself was so clean and the amenities were perfect! Jenifer was one of the best hosts I have ever had! She was responsive and so accommodating! Anyone looking in the area must stay here! It was perfect!! Best place to relax with my crew after running the Leadville 100

Very clean. The house itself was great. Parking was good. There was an issue with hot water for our showers at night. There were six of us and the water would fluctuate during the shower from very hot to cold. We could not have more than two people showering at once.

The house, host, setting, and experience are absolutely phenomenal! Jen is awesome at making sure everything you need for a relaxing getaway is here and ready for you. Our favorite parts were the movie screen and pool table! Thanks for making the first leg of our trip relaxing and enjoyable.

Jennifer's property was amazing and far exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival you see the majestic mountains all around you. Then, inside, you get the mountains out the front window and out the back, (I took about 10 pictures and 1 video). The house is exactly as described. Very spacious and extremely clean. Kitchen was roomy with the dining room and living room attached. Large,spacious bedrooms upstairs and down. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of little extras like phone chargers and Kirkland coffee. Contacted Jennifer a couple times over the weekend and she responded within minutes! Oh, and the Hot Tub! Fantastic! This place checks all the boxes. Highly recommend staying at this beautiful house and I hope we can get back there again!

Amazing layout for 2 families with younger kids. Pool table, air hockey, and the movie theater were a big hit. Close enough to town to enjoy BV attractions. Hot tub and the view always made for a great start to the day. Very clean with great accommodations.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was super clean and seems to have recently been updated. Our family enjoyed the hot tub as well as the game room. We also appreciated all the extras especially in the kitchen. The view was spectacular! I do think it should have been mentioned in the description that a few campers were on the property as well. Although we were not bothered by them, it would have been nice to know up front. A few things that we think would have made our stay even better are cushions for the patio furniture on the deck,.and some foam mattress pads on all the beds. All in all, we were happy with our stay and would stay again.

What would you revise: We really enjoyed our stay in Buena Vista and found the house to be clean, comfortable, and in a great location. I do want to mention a few things I wish had been clearer in the listing.Pros: The house was very clean and nicely maintained. The beds were comfortable, and the showers/baths were nice. There is plenty of parking, a nice outdoor space, and a clean, enjoyable hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. There were lots of games and even some baby gear. The location is great—close to town and in a nice neighborhood.Things to know: The owners have campers set up directly alongside the house, in the same yard. We didn’t see or hear them much, but it did make the property feel less private, and I think this should be disclosed in the listing. We also had an older dog greet us when we arrived. He was friendly, but we weren’t expecting a dog on the property.There is also no AC. The welcome book explains to open windows at night and close them during the day, but I wish the lack of AC had been clearly stated in the listing. We stayed in August, and the house was 81 at bedtime our first night.Lastly, the hot water supply seemed inadequate for the size of the house. I attempted to fill the large bathtub the first night but only got an inch or two of hot water before it turned cold. This continuously happened while showering too. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but for the price of this listing, I feel some of the

I'm sorry you didn't see it in the description that the owners live on the property in campers, it also states that there is no a.c. It is stated. I'm sorry that you felt there was less privacy. We are waiting for excavation on the back acre of the property to build a shop with an additional dwelling unit, so unfortunately there's not a great spot for our campers in the meantime. As for the price of the listing, I have kept it well below what it would cost for 3 hotel rooms with way less amenities and privacy, not to mention the amount of extra space and features. I will have a plumber come check the hot water heater as soon as possible and have that rectified. I hope that we have rectified all of your concerns in a timely manner.

Beautiful house with beautiful mountain views! The house was very clean with wonderful amenities! The basement was a hit with many games and a movie theater! I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking in the Buena Vista area!

We had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this home. The location was fantastic and made it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped with everything we needed. It had plenty of thoughtful amenities that made our stay even more enjoyable. The host was responsive, friendly, and made the entire experience seamless from start to finish. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

We love Buena Vista, There is always so much to do, river rafting, hiking, exploring, 4 wheeling, fishing, hunting, skiing, great restaurants, hot springs, even an hour away from a ghost town where you can sight see and feed the chipmunks! There's always something to do and we love to be able to take a short trip and have immense fun. It never gets boring. Locals ourselves, we could never leave!

We have one of the most amazing homes you can imagine. So open and luxurious. Who wouldn't find it amazing to have a movie theater, pool table, air hockey, bar, and hot tub all in one place. Best of all is the VIEWS with all the space you need to enjoy it without feeling cramped or claustrophobic.

Owners are present on the property. Not in the house or yard, ready to help if needed.
