Longer stays (14-28 nights) include access to a washer and dryer set. Otherwise, a laundry facility is about 3 minutes away.

Security: This home is equipped with an exterior surveillance camera at the entryway, monitoring the front door for your protection. A camera is also positioned in the backyard.

Parking: Safe and easy street parking in front of the property by the light post at the end of the driveway for one vehicle only.

The entire studio is accessible to guests. The private entry is at the front of the home on the left side. The space is designed for two adults for a short stay, no longer than 7 days; additional fees will apply on day 8; one adult up to 28 days.

The code for keyless entry will be shared on the day of check-in.

All other areas of the property are not accessible to guests.

No gatherings or events.

No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarette use indoors or on the property. Additional cleaning fees apply if smoke is detected.

No firearms or candles permitted on the property.

The front yard and backyard are not accessible to guests.

Be mindful of the interior accent walls, as they are real concrete bricks.
