The Space:

This bright, airy 1,103 sq ft condo is designed with comfort and style in mind, offering plenty of space for friends or family to relax and unwind. With room for up to 8 guests, you’ll enjoy thoughtfully appointed bedrooms, a cozy living area, and all the conveniences you need for a memorable stay by the beach.

• Master Bedroom: King bed with ensuite bathroom (toilet & shower) and hairdryer

• Second Bedroom: Queen bed

• Third Bedroom: Bunk bed with 2 full beds

Living & Kitchen Areas:

The open-plan living area is perfect for relaxing or entertaining, featuring a Smart TV with high-speed internet. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove featuring dual-zone burners, and a laundry area is conveniently located in the kitchen.

Each apartment is allotted one parking space in the unnumbered spots on the left side of the building. Additional street parking is available in front of the liquor store and coffee shop, on a first-come, first-served basis.

Guest Access:

Guest Registration & HOA Rules:

For security purposes, all guests must be registered prior to arrival. Unregistered visitors will not be permitted on the property. The HOA restricts access to on-site amenities to a maximum of 7 guests at a time. If your group exceeds this number, additional guests will need to wait their turn.



Parking:

Each apartment is allocated one parking space in the unnumbered spots on the left side of the building. Additional parking is available on the street in front of the nearby liquor store and coffee shop, on a first-come, first-served basis.



Guests have access to the community pool. Please follow all community pool rules. Romantic activities, dogs, eating in or around the pool, glass containers, and non-approved pool items are prohibited in the pool area.

The Neighborhood:

You’ll be only a short 5-minute drive from the famous surf beaches of Hermosa and Esterillos, and just moments from the sands of Jacó Beach. The condo is also conveniently situated near Crocs Hotel & Casino—about 0.6 miles away—placing you close to local attractions, nightlife, and beachfront hangouts. From surf spots to entertainment venues, everything is easily accessible from this location.



Getting Around:

The property is approximately 80 km from Juan Santamaría International Airport. The most practical way to travel from the airport to Jacó—or any nearby destination—is by taxi, as it offers the most direct and stress-free option.



Once you’ve arrived in Jacó, getting around is straightforward. The town is compact and easy to explore on foot, but taxis are widely used for quick trips. You’ll come across both official and unofficial drivers, but for safety, it's best to use licensed taxis. These are easy to spot—they’re red and display a yellow triangle decal on the door.



The property is in a prime spot, so you’ll be able to walk to just about everything: grocery stores, restaurants, cafés, shops, banks, nightlife, and of course, the stunning beachfront. Everything you need is close by, making transportation optional rather than essential.



Other Things to Note:

For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay!



• For same-day bookings confirmed after 10pm, there may be a short delay in receiving check-in details.

• Dish soap, sponge, one paper towel roll provided (dishwasher tablets not included).

• Cookware and utensils are provided (no condiments included).

• You may request to use the BBQ grill, subject to availability. Weekends are usually busy, so we recommend reserving in advance.

• Smoke-sensitive fire system—please avoid smoke from cooking, candles, cigarettes, incense, or fumigation to prevent false alarms



Additional Services:

• Mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.



HOUSE RULES :

1. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a fine for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

4. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property.

5. Please note that it is strictly prohibited to tamper with the supply closet.

6. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
