Guest feedback is incredibly important to us, and we've already taken action. Since your stay, we've added an evaporative swamp cooler along with a high-powered floor fan to help keep the game room much more comfortable during the hottest summer months. We're also actively investigating the cricket issue. While seasonal insects can be more common in the Lake Havasu area during the summer, especially around pools, we take guest comfort very seriously. We've been inspecting potential entry points and are working to eliminate the issue. We're working to identify exactly how they're getting inside so we can resolve the issue. Regarding the driveway, we appreciate you mentioning it. We're exploring solutions, such as curb ramps, to make it easier for guests with lower boat trailers to access the property more comfortably. Living near the lake and desert means they occasionally make an appearance despite our regular pest control efforts, but we're always looking for ways to minimize that possibility for our guests.
