Welcome to your perfect beach getaway! This charming 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath cottage is the ideal home base for your next family vacation. Located just a 2-minute walk from the sand and surf, our cozy coastal retreat is packed with all the comforts and amenities you need for a relaxing, fun-filled stay.
Sleeping Arrangements:
* 3 comfortable bedrooms with fresh linens provided
* 2 Guest Bedrooms with a king sized bed in each room
* Bunk room with 3 bunk beds, sleeping up to 6 children comfortably
* Ideal for families sleeping up to 4 adult and 6 children
* Designed for 2 families to come together for a memorable vacation
Bathrooms:
* 1 full bathroom with tub/shower combo in bunk room
* 1 full bathroom with a shower
* 1 convenient half-bath located just off the screened porch living area
Fully Stocked Kitchen & Outdoor Grill:

We love projects, homeschooling, finding shells, looking for sharks teeth, baseball, golf, diving, board games, cards, our co-op, our friends, our time at the beach, and our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
We love sharing our family beach home with others so that they can make some great memories at the beach too!

We love this part of Panama City Beach. It is a quiet, family, friendly neighborhood. We are far enough away from the busy tourist areas, but close enough that we can get to the 30A beaches and to Panama City Beach with a short drive. We have owned 2 houses in this neighborhood and absolutely love our neighbors and friends.

Our journey began in 2020 across the street at 55 Gulf View Drive. We bought that home amidst the pandemic as a way for us to have a family get away. We spent our family time remodeling the home and created Seashellin’. After much thought, we sold Seashellin’ and soon realized we dearly missed our neighborhood at the beach.
Fast forward a year and this condemned home hit the market. Our love for this neighborhood and the people who live here, made the decision easy. It was like coming back home, but this time to a LOT of work. After 2 years of remodeling the home, we are happy to share Seashellin’ II with you!
Fun fact about the porch ceiling...every board on the ceiling was a result of a tornado that hit our home town 2.5 hours from here in Woodville, Florida. The trees that were knocked down by the tornado on our family tree farm, were cut on the family sawmill by our family. Each board was then sanded and nailed up by our family. Just by chance, there is a heart formed by the knot of 2 boards being sandwiched together. Leading to it truly being a love project.
