Summary:

Dockside Dreams is a renovated 3-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath Gulf-access home in Cape Coral, perfect for up to 6 guests, plus 2 more on a sleeper sofa. Enjoy a heated saltwater pool, private dock, 2 kayaks, and a spacious lanai with outdoor dining and grill. Inside features include a modern kitchen, smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, and laundry. Located on a quiet canal just minutes from the Gulf—ideal for relaxing or exploring Florida’s waterways.



The Space:

You will receive your code to access the home along with information on the home a couple of days prior to your arrival in your welcome letter.



Guest Access:

We have a private entrance for guests with a smart lock door and have parking available for up to four vehicles in the driveway.

Nestled in a peaceful Cape Coral canal neighborhood, you're just minutes from nature & adventure. Enjoy kayaking or hiking at Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve, perfect for wildlife and mangrove walks. Rotary Park Environmental Center offers trails, butterfly gardens & river views.
