Nice home for our short stay. The beds were comfortable and perfect for our group of 10. It was nice to have 2 1/2 baths also. An older home, so of course we took that into account, but overall a good stay.

This home is very basic and has not been updated much since the 1970s. The paint is peeling in places and the cabinets are original. The furniture (squeaky, saggy bed) and linens are low-end (towels are thin and rough, no mattress covers, sheets are microfiber). There are no mirrors or towel racks in the downstairs bathroom. Kitchen supplies are also low end. Check the dishwasher--it was clean but unloaded when we arrived. The keypad lock wasn't working so we had to make other arrangements with the owner to gain access.The neighborhood felt safe enough so all in all, it was a good experience--just understand it is on the low end.

We got this home because of the location. I appreciated the space, and the two full bathrooms (even though one of the full bathrooms was rather small). The beds were just beds - nothing special. The neighborhood was quiet. The backyard was nice, but my kids didn’t want to go out there because there was an active wasp nest right outside the back door. Luckily the front yard was nice too and the street was not busy so they played in front.

We had plenty of room to spread out in 5 bedrooms. Two showers were very much appreciated by the teenagers. Everyone slept well and felt comfortable. It was a nice, if quick, stay

Location was great. It was easy to get to everything we needed. We really enjoyed that the host had some essentials there. It was clean, just worn down like older houses get. The beds seemed more like full beds rather than queens. My biggest complaint is that outside in the corner of the backyard there were lots of logs with nails sticking out of them. Made it difficult for me to let my kids play in the back without me worrying about them getting hurt.

Our family would not recommend staying at this property. Our first impression began on a frustrating note when the front door handle fell completely off the moment we unlocked the door. Upon entering, we were met with a very unpleasant odor, and we immediately noticed paint peeling off the walls. The house had clearly not been properly cleaned or prepared for guests:Kitchen: The refrigerator was dirty, and when I went to make coffee the first morning, I found moldy, used coffee grounds left inside the pot. Laundry Area: A load of laundry was left sitting in the dryer, and empty laundry detergent bottles and old cleaning supplies were strewn about the area. Living Room: While looking for a missing sock, my children moved the couch and discovered trash and a used pacifier underneath it. Bathrooms: The bathroom rugs looked disgusting and unwashed. Additionally, the upstairs bathroom only had a thin, clear plastic liner for the shower with no actual outer privacy curtain. Between the safety issue with the broken door handle, the deep lack of cleanliness, and the poor maintenance, this home is not suitable or comfortable for families. We will not be returning

If these claims are true, I ask that you provide evidence, including photos and documentation, to support them. During your stay, none of these concerns were reported to me, which would have given me the opportunity to address them immediately. Instead, these allegations appeared only after checkout.It is important to note that you did not follow the checkout instructions provided to all guests. The property was left in poor condition, with dirty dishes left in the sink, the stove left requiring additional cleaning, food consumed on beds, and the house generally left much messier than expected.My property is professionally maintained, regularly cleaned, and meets the standards required for guests. I take great pride in providing a clean and comfortable home for families.Because of the seriousness of your allegations, I respectfully ask that you provide evidence to support them. If you cannot provide evidence, I believe it would be unfair and misleading to publish or maintain these claims as factual statements about my property.I welcome honest and accurate feedback from guests, but I do not agree with reviews that contain unsupported allegations. These are comments from several people who stayed with me in the home.Likes: The beds were comfortable, there were big spaces to spend time with family and play games, and it was in a nice quiet neighborhood.Dislikes: One of the beds was listed as a queen size but it was a double/full size bed, the bath towels were very thin, there were no hand towels, the outside light was not on when we arrived at night and there was a tripping hazard between the driveway and the sidewalk to the front door, there was not enough toilet paper, the soap in the soap dispenser was watered down, there were no trash cans in the bedrooms, and there was mold in the downstairs bathroom.

This was a nice home in a nice neighborhood. It was in a great location for us as it was very near to BYU and we were there for our granddaughters graduation. The house could use some upgrades and/or TLC. There were 5 bedrooms so it gave us lots of room to spread out which was nice, a lot of room for the price. The beds were comfortable. Pretty bare bones in the bedrooms but that's ok, it was just for sleeping. It was clean for the most part but needs more detail to the cleaning. The cleaning supplies were all empty and there was no soap provided. I sent our host a list of issues that we found as the check-in instructions had asked us to do and never received any reply. Communication was pretty good until I sent the list of issues. All in all it was a decent stay.

The house was clean and satisfactory. The host need to get back to people sooner when their is a problem. We had a problem with the door lock and they never responded for 5 hours. We just figured it out ourselves. The towels were still wet in the cupboard so we reset them ourselves. My bed was great it was brand new. They might want to consider putting mattresses covers on them to keep them clean for others. As someone who runs a hotel people can have accidents and that is a big safety net.

Power went out, they addressed it. Dishwasher error code prevented it from running, they addressed it. Great large space tons of room. House could have been finished a little nicer. Small things, for example the TV is mounted way too high in the living room it’s ridiculous . AC and furnace worked great. Sufficient for what we needed.
