Communication and follow up was excellent. The view is incredible. The property is furnished with comfortable, ample seating. The kitchen has high quality appliances and many plates, utensils, etc. The host made herself available throughout the stay and responded quickly to our questions about the property. The location is remote enough to feel removed from town yet close enough to feel centralized to access everything in the area. We will stay here again.

Everything was amazing at this home. The hosts were extremely responsive and the views were spectacular. Very peaceful trip!

Stephanie was amazing throughout the entire process and during your stay. Very quick to answer and needs and a great host. The property is beautiful and the views were stunning from the home. The property wasClose by pigeon forge for easy access to town. Overall great stay and memorable trip!

Selah Vista has truly felt like a “home away from home” for our family. The cozy mountain atmosphere, combined with the luxurious amenities, is like no other. This will definitely be our permanent TN vacation rental! It’s so conveniently nestled just a short drive from all the fun that Pigeon Forge has to offer. Every aspect of this home is thoughtfully designed, and we enjoyed every second of our stay. 10/10 recommend Selah Vista!

Selah Vista is a beautiful retreat! The living room window gives you a spectacular view of the mountains. We had a great time catching up with family. The pool and the two game rooms were a huge hit, as well as the theatre room. The kitchen was well equipped, and the Viking range was nice and large. The house is a short drive to all the attractions in the area.Everyone loved the firepit and breezeway. We were out there every day and evening!Our host, was very responsive and answered every question.We asked her for a recommendation for a photographer, who did a wonderful job of capturing the family.Book this home! You will love it! The kids also loved the fishing pond down the street and the poles provided at the house.We saw two bears and a bobcat! Great experience! We all had a blast at Selah Vista!

Stephanie, I honestly don’t even know where to begin to thank you! The house was absolutely AMAZING! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful everything was. The view was breathtaking, the house was gorgeous, and the amount of space was perfect for our family. Everyone was amazed! We truly could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay while celebrating our wedding at the chapel. It was everything we could have dreamed of and more!Larry and Susan were absolutely wonderful! They went above and beyond, lending us coolers, ladders, and whatever else we needed. They made us feel like family rather than guests.And Kristin, what a blessing you were! From doing our hair and makeup to helping set up the food for our reception and coordinating our ceremony, you did so much to make our special day beautiful and stress-free!But what touched my heart the most was something I will never forget. One thing I wanted more than anything for our wedding ceremony was for Todd and me to have a unity Bible that we could sign together. When we arrived at the house and received that beautiful Bible from you, I was speechless. You had no idea just how much that meant to me. It was such a thoughtful gift and truly a blessing from God. One thing became very clear during our stay: This is so much more than just a resort. It is one big family with hearts for serving God and loving others. This home is absolutely gorgeous, furnished nicely, the location fantastic and the views are amazing!! Impossible to describe the incredible views....better than any we had seen in the pull outs or trails. Balconies on both levels. Everything is as described and more! The layout is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to accommodate our family of 21 for a special celebration! There are two floors in the main cabin plus an extra retreat cabin that the grands gathered in. The home is very clean and stocked with all you need for cooking and entertainment! There are game rooms, a theater room , hot tub, outdoor pool, puzzles, bags, mini golf area, pool table, ping pong table, arcade games, fire pit surrounded with chairs. They have thought of pretty much every detail you could want or need for an incredible stay! The management team is second to none and very responsive to all our needs and texts. So professional and a pleasure to deal with. The owner texted often making sure we were taken care of and so pleasant. So appreciated their responsiveness for a few glitches. This home is remarkable and was perfect for our large family celebration,. The outdoor pool was the highlight for everyone, enjoying the sun and perfect weather. Highly recommend!!

I am not typically one to use VRBO, usually a hotel person, and could not have asked for a better first time experience. The booking and everything leading up to the trip was very smooth. It was easy to find the house and to get in. We were all blown away by the views and the condition of the house, everything that we needed was already there. Plenty of room for all 14 of us. The teens loved having a separate space in the small cabin, the younger kids enjoyed the bunkbeds. It was nice staying in a place where everyone had their own space, we never felt on top of each other.I don't think there was a amenity that we didn't use! From the pool table, shuffle board and video games to the outside toys everyone found something they liked to. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub during the day. Every night we had a fire and made smores, or watched movies in the movie theater. A huge plus was the elevator for our older family member to safely traverse the floors.We could have stayed at the cabin without venturing out, but when we did we didn't feel like we had to travel far to get to a store or a mountain coaster ;) Everyone talked about how we couldn't have found a better house for our large family. I should also mention the bear sightings, make sure you keep those car doors locked ;)Finally, Stephanie was amazing with communication and providing a great experience for our family. Any question we had she was prompt to respond. Definitely set the bar high for my next rental!

Amazing property, the pictures do not do justice to the views from the property. The host was very communicative and the whole process was super easy. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out while also having large gathering spaces to hang out. Definitely would recommend for anyone looking for a mountain getaway!

The property was much nicer being expected. Plenty of space for our family. 15 to sleep in and hang out without feeling like we were on top of each other. So many extras kept the kids entertained like the shuffleboard, ping pong, and huge movie theater. The view is amazing and hard to put into words how awestruck I was every morning by it. Felt extra remote because you can't see many other houses from the porch. The owner was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
