Inside the Home:
The main floor features a front family room with a TV, a formal dining area, and a kitchen that opens to the living room—perfect for everyday gatherings. A convenient powder room is located downstairs.

Upstairs, the spacious primary suite includes a large soaking tub with a TV above it, a walk-in closet, an adjustable bed for personalized comfort, and a private balcony with hillside views. Bedroom 2 has a twin bed, while bedrooms 3 and 4 each have full-sized beds. Every bedroom has its own TV. A second full bathroom and the laundry room are also located upstairs.

Outdoor Living:
The backyard is built for relaxation and entertainment. Enjoy a built-in BBQ and multiple seating areas, including a large fire pit for cool evenings. The grassy area in front provides extra space for kids or pets to play.

The Area:
Located within the sought-after Talega community, you’ll find walking trails, golf, and local parks nearby. The neighborhood is quiet, family-friendly, and just a short drive from downtown San Clemente and the beach.

- Start-up amount of household supplies

Additional Things to Note:
- Security deposit is required.
- Dogs are considered. If approved, additional pet fee and pet deposit will apply.
- Kindly be aware that a monthly allowance of $350 covers gas and electricity expenses. Any usage surpassing this limit will be deducted from the security deposit.
- Renters staying for more than 4 weeks are required to schedule mid-stay cleanings.
