Welcome to Tommy's Place — a beautifully designed lakefront retreat near mile marker 19, perfectly positioned for couples, small families, girls' weekends, or fishing getaways. With vaulted ceilings, a wall of windows, and uninterrupted lake views, the moment you step inside you'll feel that instant "you've arrived" feeling that makes a getaway truly special.

THE SPACE
Living Area
The living room is warm, bright, and full of personality. Natural light pours in through the wall of windows, and the décor brings subtle tropical vibes — breezy textures, calming tones, and cozy touches that make you want to settle in and stay awhile. Comfortable seating surrounds a large ottoman that adds a cheerful pop of color, while a 55" TV with cable and streaming keeps everyone entertained. A selection of board and card games is also on hand for a fun evening in, and blackout curtains ensure everyone sleeps soundly.
The queen sleeper sofa provides comfortable extra sleeping space, making Tommy's Place flexible for small groups.

Kitchen & Dining
The fully updated kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a well-stocked coffee bar with Keurig, drip, and espresso options — because great mornings start with great coffee. Whether you're whipping up breakfast or a sunset dinner, you'll find all the essentials — cookware, utensils, a variety of spices, and complimentary coffee and creamer already waiting for you.

Bedroom
The bedroom is your private retreat, designed for deep rest and total relaxation. Soft lighting, blackout curtains, and a flat-screen smart TV create a cozy cocoon to unwind after a day on the lake. Crisp linens and plush pillows dress the king bed, while the in-unit washer and dryer — tucked conveniently inside the closet — keep things fresh during longer stays.

Bathroom
The beautifully updated bathroom feels like a personal spa — a walk-in tile shower with fresh finishes and soft lighting sets the tone. Plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and an assortment of extra toiletries are provided so you can travel light and still feel completely pampered.

Covered Patio

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have full access to the entire condo and all amenities, including the saltwater pool. Please note the condo is accessed via stairs — the stunning lake views that greet you at the top make every step worth it. Parking is free and conveniently located in front of the building.

WHAT WE PROVIDE
Pack light — we've thought of everything:
Complimentary coffee (Keurig, drip & espresso), sugar, and creamer.
Basic seasonings: salt, pepper, garlic salt, seasoning salt, and olive oil.
Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a selection of bonus toiletries.
Laundry soap.
Pool towels.

A FEW THINGS TO NOTE
To ensure a great experience for all guests and neighbors, we kindly ask that you observe the following:
No pets allowed. A minimum fee of $250 will be applied for violations.
No smoking of any kind on the premises. A minimum fee of $250 will be applied for violations.
Please plan parking arrangements in advance — boat and trailer parking is not available on the premises.
