We have 4 exterior security cameras in the front door, garage door, side yard and backyard. They will be on during guest stay and will be used for security and/or to monitor that our policies are adhered to.

- Pet fee $150. Two pets maximum.
- NO STUDENT/ DISRUPTIVE PARTIES. VIOLATION PENALTY $500
- No event allowed without prior notice and approval. Events incur extra fees. Please message us for more information.
- In the case of undisclosed pets and/ or additional guests without approval, your reservation will be immediately terminated without refund.
- DO NOT PARK ON THE GRASS
- No smoking allowed on the property. VIOLATION PENALTY $500
- Please respect the noise curfew after 9PM.
- No illegal substances/ activities allowed on the property.
