OCCUPANCY: This property has a strict 8-person occupancy limit (this means overnight guests + casual guests). At no time, can more than 8 people be on the property. This includes dinner guests, casual stopovers, overnight guests, kids, etc. Due to recent large parties being held on the property, having in excess of 8 people on the property will result in the immediate cancellation of the remainder of the reservation and removal from the property. Occupancy is verified through external property cameras and neighbors.
OUTDOOR LIVING: Quarter acre lot with a private patio featuring a retractable awning, wood-burning fire pit, outdoor TV, gas grill, and ample seating. There is also a basketball hoop in the front driveway for a pickup game after dinner! This is a NO SMOKING property, including the outdoor space, front yard, and back yard and includes all types of smoking (vape, cigarette, marijuana).
INDOOR LIVING: Two living areas, both featuring TVs with streaming | Dining Room has an expandable vintage maple table and chairs with felt covers | Office is in a dedicated room with a door for privacy during virtual meetings and features a large desk with external monitor.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, coffee bar and bistro table with seating for 2, microwave, cooking essentials, dishware/flatware, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener. Coffee bar has both a drip coffee maker (cone filter) and a Keurig coffee maker.
BATHROOMS: The ground floor has two full bathrooms. The bathroom in the primary bedroom has a walk in shower with both a regular and rain shower. The hall bath has a shower bathtub combo. The basement level has a full bathroom with a shower bathtub combo. We always include hair dryers, soap, shampoo, and conditioner for every guest stay.
GENERAL: High-speed WiFi, washer/dryer, linens/towels, heating, air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, iron/board, and cleaning essentials are all provided.
PETS: Up to two dogs per reservation are allowed. There is no fee, but dogs must be crated in the house if you plan to leave them unattended. If your dogs are not typically crated, please plan to take them with you. Renters are financially responsible for all pet damage.
PARKING: The property fits five cars - Two cars in the garage and three driveway spots.
ACCESSIBILITY: While not a fully accessible property, once inside, the ground floor is step free. There are two steps to enter the property (two 6-inch steps). The front door is 36" wide. The hallway bath has handrails next to the toilet. There is a walk-in shower in the primary bath (with a shower chair available if needed).
