This unit is a large, private downstairs bedroom. This unit also comes with a designated parking spot right in front of the townhouse! Your bathroom may be shared with one other nurse.

The townhouse has 3 additional bedrooms on the second floor that may be rented to other professionals (usually medical) and the main level and downstairs common areas are shared -- this includes a living room, two dens, a kitchen, laundry room, a half bath, a dining area, and a deck. The common areas will be professionally cleaned on a biweekly basis at no cost to you!

A well-behaved pet will be considered for an additional fee of $250 (or $100/month, whichever is less).

The whole house is yours to access with the exception of the other guests` bedrooms and bathrooms.

Since this is a shared housing set-up, it is important to be respectful of the other guests at the house. Noise should be kept to a minimum, you should clean up after yourself after using the kitchen, etc. Thanks!
