The location is good; it's in a neighborhood so it's quiet and only a 15 minute drive or Uber ride to the strip or to Fremont Street. The owner, Jia, was communicative and provided all necessary information in a timely fashion. The kitchen is very nice, large with plenty of workspace and well-equipped. The Keurig with a generous supply of coffee pods was a nice amenity. The layout of the home was as advertised with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for three couples. The mattresses were very comfortable. Hot water was plentiful. Check out tasks were very reasonable, just lights, AC, and trash.Esthetically, the house is lacking. There are lots of dings in the paint and the baseboards are in need of some repairs and paint. Furniture is sparse and well used. Linens (towels and sheets) were clean but well worn. The backyard is in serious need of landscaping, it's just rock. There is a major ceiling issue on the glassed in yoga porch off the master bedroom. It rained one night and water simply poured into the room. The ceiling of the space is about ready to completely collapse. When we entered the house, there was a faint smell, which we attributed to just being closed up for awhile. The rain and subsequent dampness released the odor and it became quite noticeable. It smelled like cat urine and was strongest in the master bedroom. The house needs some repairs, repainting, and definitely something needs to be done to remove the odor.
