The apartment was great: spacious, clean, and well-equipped. We are a family of five with three teenagers, and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax after long days at the parks without feeling cramped. We especially loved eating outside on the screened porch. The grounds were beautiful and well-maintained, and the pool was large and clean. The location was also very convenient, about 20 minutes from Disney, with groceries and other stores about 10 minutes away.A few things future guests should know that are related to the resort/process, NOT the host or apartment:After booking, we received messages from "Koala" requesting personal information. In today's cybersecurity environment, they initially seemed suspicious. I contacted the host directly and confirmed they were legitimate and required for check-in.At check-in, we interacted with three different people. The first handled the actual check-in, while the others explained the property and promoted activities/services. It was more of a sales process than we expected. Finally, we had several thunderstorms. You can clearly hear the THOR lightning warning system, but if you are unfamiliar with it, it is not obvious what the alarm means or what you are expected to do. Some information at check-in would have been helpful.Overall, we had a very pleasant stay, and my family really enjoyed the apartment. We would happily stay here again.
