There’s something special about Lake Martin when the pace slows down. Crisp mornings, peaceful surroundings, evenings around the fire, and time to simply enjoy being together.
Pier Haven at Bay Pine is a welcoming lakefront retreat made for slowing down and settling in. Soak in the hot tub, gather around the fire pit, curl up for a movie or catch the game on the 75” smart TV, explore the lake by kayak, or enjoy a quiet morning on the porch.
With room for up to 8 guests, Pier Haven is an inviting escape for couples, families, and friends—whether you’re getting away for a few days or staying awhile.

SEASONAL LAKE LEVELS
Lake Martin is lowered each fall and winter, and water typically recedes beyond Pier Haven’s dock during this time. Swimming, fishing from the dock, and motorized watercraft access at the home are generally unavailable during lower-water months.
The shoreline remains walkable to the water, allowing guests to carry the kayaks or paddle boat down to the lake when conditions permit. A nearby boat launch at Boondocks at Bay Pine Marina is approximately ⅓ mile from the home.
LOCATION
Tucked away in a peaceful Lake Martin setting off Hwy 280 between Alexander City and Dadeville, Pier Haven feels removed from the rush while keeping dining, golf, shopping, and local attractions within easy reach.

Beautiful property. Very comfortable and clean. Problem with hot tub. They worked with us and kept in contact diligently to make sure we were happy. Townhouses on the side were busy and noisey but we expected that. Would stay again!

I have been visiting lake Martin my entire life and this was our first rental. The home was beautiful with tons of amenities, clean, and excellent location. The kayaks were great, as well as the hot tub. The hosts were incredibly gracious, kind, and communicative throughout our stay.

The home is exactly as described. The kitchen is fully stocked. So much thought went into preparing this home, you can tell. We are planning on visiting again next year.

We had a great time, property was just what we wanted. We had 7 people and everyone had space and a bed. The beds were VERY comfortable! The house was well appointed and everything we needed was there. The water was quiet and no traffic, so the kids could swim all day without worry. Relaxing is the best way I could describe the property. This is the first vacation we have had where we didn’t need to rest when we got home. Everything really was as advertised, and the owners communicated promptly. I do have a few suggestions, though. The “sugar ants” are pretty bad on the back porch, the driveway and the dock. They aren’t fire ants, so no bites, but anything you set outside will get ants. My boat got a lot on it from the dock lines, and even my truck has ants in it. The only other complaint I have is the cameras. I understand the ones on the driveway and front door, and maybe even the one facing the dock, but the camera looking at the porch/grill area is unnerving. Sitting at the table drinking coffee in the morning or hanging out any time, it just feels like someone is watching you. The camera lights are even on all night. We still used the porch but it would be nicer without “big brother” watching. I really do not want to seem like the place isn’t great, because IT IS!! We will definitely stay here again. The house is the most true to advertisement of any house we have rented.

Phenomenal spot on Lake Martin. Very well equipped for the stay. Easy to get to by boat, we moored the boat to the dock for the entire stay, about 3.5-4ft of water under the boat at the dock. We were able to plug the battery tender in as well. Side porch was a great spot to sit and enjoy coffee and meals. Beds were very comfy, Shower water pressure was good. Living room was cozy for the after boat day relaxing. Kitchen is the most equipped one we have stayed at. Laundry pods, dishwasher pods all included. Driveway was big with plenty of space, center tree island did make it slightly difficult to turn our 19ft boat around. Very nice place to stay!!
