Welcome to your private retreat in West Calgary — a bright corner bungalow with a walk-out basement backing directly onto green space, with a children’s play area just steps away. The home is designed for comfort, privacy, and relaxation with a balance of indoor luxury and outdoor charm.
Living & Entertainment: Relax in the walk-out basement living room with a 75” Smart TV, soundbar & subwoofer, and large windows showcasing beautiful mountain views.
Bedrooms: Guests have access to two spacious bedrooms in the walk-out basement, each with a queen bed, wardrobe, and plush linens, plus dedicated workstations for remote work or study.
Bathroom: A fully appointed washroom with a standing shower and jacuzzi tub, perfect for unwinding after a day in the city or the Rockies.
Kitchen & Dining: Upstairs, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, gadgets, cutlery, dishware, and all essentials for cooking meals. This level also includes the main living area, ideal for gathering, dining, or simply enjoying time together.
Note: The two bedrooms on the bungalow’s upper floor remain locked and are not accessible to guests.
The walk-out basement opens directly into the backyard, offering immediate access to green space and a children’s playground — a perfect setup for families.
