Condo 9102 er netop blevet opdateret og har et frisk nyt look! Nyt 47 tommer fladskærms-tv med surround sound, sengetøj, dækmøbler !!!
Meget behageligt condo på 9. etage (2 sæt elevatorer! og handicappede tilgængelige) med screenet dæk, der over ser søen og statsparken over vandet. Condo inkluderer fuldt udstyret køkken, vaskemaskine og tørretumbler, gasgrill på dækket, gas pejs, boblebad haven badekar i master bad, våd bar, og mange ekstra. Det store soveværelse har en kingsize-seng, det andet soveværelse har konge, det tredje soveværelse har et sæt dronning køjesenge og en udtrækssofa i soveværelset. I stuen er der også en hvilestol og en læstol. Flere tv med et i stuen og et i soveværelset er et plus for familien eller par. Faciliteterne på The Towers er kun for Towers gæster, og du vil finde mange gange, du har den indendørs pool, boblebad, træningscenter og sauna alt sammen for dig selv! Vi har også en udendørs opvarmet pool på 3000 kvadratmeter. Dette er en meget pænt dekoreret condo.

The place was just what we needed! Indoor pool worked for the colder weather. Property was very clean and the owner was easy to get in contact with and quick to respond.

A really relaxing week

Simple check-in and check-out. More spacious than the pictures show. The condo has everything you need and just 10 minutes from shopping and groceries. Both pools at the building are great!

I also thank you for letting me know when you arrived that the deck fans and the cobwebs up around the ceiling needed attention therefore I was able to get right over there and take care of those items for you. Hopefully after I did that you were able to enjoy your stay. Those durn cobwebs seem to appear every night although the HOA has a professional exterminator spray regularly. Very well appointed condo.

The condo was nice and in a good area. We love how close it is to everything. The indoor pool is always a bonus. Booking and communication was very easy. Pation furniture is nice and makes it easy and comfortable to hang out on the deck. All of the beds were comfy. There are several baking sheets and a couple 8x8 glass baking dishes, several large bowls for chips,etc. Plenty of dishes. There is no foil or ziploc bags so make sure to bring some. Papertowels and TP were almost gone when we arrived. Complex needs updating and repair. It is clean but really needs a deep clean especially in the master bath. The elevator closest to the condo is not working at all. Had to walk to other side of complex to use elevator. All of the seating in the living room needs to be replaced. All of it is extremely uncomfortable and cushions constantly sink on the couch as you are sitting on it. Teflon is very scratched and wearing off of ALL skillets which is very dangerous.

O’s Family Vacation 2022

Good location. Lake perfect for pontoon, tubing & skiing. Smooth, not too many boats etc. Loved the 2 pools. Used them both everyday! Plenty of restaurants nearby. Plenty of pillows & bedding provided. Being on the 9th floor was not a problem at all with elevator. Plenty of towels for showering. We brought our own beach towels.

Excellent Condo

This condo exceeded my expectations. It was very clean, very roomy, and I loved the screened in deck with the amazing view of the lake. The property owner/representative was very present. She answered all questions very promptly and was very customer friendly. The queen bunk beds were great. The other two rooms had king beds and slept very well. To our surprise there were 2 pull out sofas. The indoor pool was the highlight for the kids. They also have an outdoor pool, but we were there during off season and it was not used. There is a sauna and exercise room available. This condo has 2 elevators available for guests. This condo does not have specified parking in the garage so chances are you will have to park on the top level parking which requires a couple flights of steps to climb to get to your vehicle. They do offer some closer parking, but I would imagine during peak season it would be difficult to park there. They do offer an area in front of the condo for loading and unloading so you do not have to carry your things up and down stairs to your vehicle. I received clear directions regarding check-in and out procedures. We were hauling boats and Donna went above and beyond to assist us with parking arrangements. We were just minutes from shopping and lake access. It’s a great location. I would highly recommend this condo. It’s one of the nicest I have ever stayed and if we return to Lake of the Ozarks I will be looking to rent this one. Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful view, but maintenance issues

Positive: Best view at the lake, comfy beds, We had been warned that we were not allowed to roll suitcases or coolers due to sealant on concrete walkway was not cured. That was okay until we got there and found the West elevator was out of order the whole weekend. Dishes had been put away dirty. Not sure if the dishwasher worked, as it had caked on soap residue even after we ran it empty.

Great location but well worn

property owner needs to invest in some upgrades. Couch/recliners well worn/broken (feel the springs sitting in one of them). Visitors need to be aware that Folgers coffee grounds is about the only amenity included. Allow time upon arrival for shopping for food, condiments, soap, shampoo, etc. Parking will mostly be limited to the top deck of the parking garage as this unit does not include a numbered parking spot. We enjoyed the pools with the kids and the easy access to docks. Not sure how quick/easy the elevators will be during peak season but much better than stairs.

Thank you for your review Mr. Harmon. The owner has ordered new furniture however the delivery isn't until June 9th, we are hoping for no delays like everything else generally is with some items these days. All condo properties are not hotels, they are privately owned and all agreements state no bathing products supplied. Hand soaps, laundry soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish and dishwasher soaps, linens, bathing towels, coffee and filters are provided in every condo. This time of year with peak season yes the parking lots do fill up but the Towers does offer some of the best parking to accommodate everyone staying and you do have a 15 min loading and unloading of vehicle in front of the main entrance before going to park your vehicle. The 2 elevators do get busy during the peak season but we feel very fortunate to have elevators here as so many of the condo complexes here at the lake does not have elevators and definitely not 2 of them. We appreciated the opportunity to help with your accommodations and apologize that the property wasn't everything you had hoped for but I hope my explanations help some. This property was very clean, and well maintained. The views from the balcony were so relaxing, and there was a screened in porch to keep the bugs away. We will be staying here again!

Beautiful condo with beautiful view of the lake!l

We had a great stay at this condo. Property is very clean and has a very nice hot tub, pool, & sauna on site. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. I would stay here again. The only thing i recommend for others that stay during the colder months is to get there early and turn the heat up and come back 4+ hours later. The heater is turned down to 55 in the winter. I guess this is a common practice. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and would consider staying in this unit again.

Terrible Services

Rough from the start. The door handles are picky and difficult to get in. The boat slip is not a part of the rental contrary to the description. Zero parking. Difficult to work with.

We will exceed your expectations in customer service! All of our condos are privately owned and include many extras. We take pride in the excellent condition and cleanliness of all our condos. Condo 9102 at The Towers has many extras which include a large screened deck, superior sound system and flat screen TV!

The Towers offers the only indoor pool , hot tub, sauna and work out room in the same building as your condo in the lake area! It has elevators and is located in the BEST area for boating at the lake, close to calm water and the main channel. Boat rentals are a block away and golf courses are only 12 minutes.

The Towers and Parkview Bay are both well maintained properties that are both maintenance free exteriors, so the esthetics are great! The lakefront decks are concrete. The location is ideal for all vacationers. We are within 12 minutes of several golf courses. Dining and lakefront restaurants are within a mile of complex by water. Boat rentals are very close, and we have boat slip rentals if you will be bringing your own boat. The waterpark, antiquing, hiking, horseback riding and cave adventures are in the area and close. Grocery and liquor stores are abundant in Osage Beach and are all within a 5 minute drive. Our Passover Road is paved and lighted and we are one mile from the Highway 54 exit.
