LIVING ROOM- Cozy living room with large leather couch and beachy accent chairs. Large smart tv for binging your favorite shows.



BEDROOM 1- Furnished with Queen bed, dresser, closet, and smart tv.



BEDROOM 2- Furnished with Queen bed, closet with hanging organizer, and smart tv.



FULL BATHROOM 1- Full bathroom with shower tub combo. A bright porthole brings in the perfect natural lighting while getting ready.



PORCH- Private, outdoor porch with cozy seating. Perfect space for your morning coffee!



BEACH GEAR- Beach umbrella, wagon, chairs and towels are provided for each stay



LOCATION- Beach access just steps from the apartment. Top local spots in short walking distance including Taco Shop, Kookaburra Coffee, Beachcomber, and more!



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire apartment and private balcony, along with a designated parking space, and free Wi-Fi.



The Neighborhood:

Just Beachy is only 6 houses away from the white sandy beach on the stunning Anastasia Island.



The Island shares the rich and varied history that St. Augustine and its historic district holds. There are many attractions, shops, and restaurants all with a laid back, breezy vibe giving you the ideal place to escape the crowds of the St. Augustine downtown area.



A trademark of Anastasia Island is the St. Augustine Lighthouse and Marine Museum. The lighthouse serves as an educational museum where you can view the many exhibits in the keeper’s house and 3 other historic structures, walk the picturesque grounds, and walk up the 219 steps to the top of the lighthouse for spectacular views.



Visit the picturesque Anastasia State Park that features 4 miles of white quartz sand beaches to relax on with plenty of things to do including bird watching, biking, swimming, fishing, and surfing. You can also rent a kayak or stand-up paddleboard and see the park from the water.



In this surrounding area you’ll find seaside restaurants, shops, and St. John’s County Ocean Pier Park. Head to the beach for some relaxation, take a walk along the shore or hire a bike and ride along the hard-packed sand.



Getting Around:

The best way to get around St. Augustine is with your own car or in a rental with free parking included with your stay and plenty of off street parking. Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi with cars available at all times of the day. Once in the city center, many of St. Augustine's shops, restaurants, art galleries and attractions sit within the historic city center, making it easy to get around on foot. The old Town Trolley Tours and a great fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off trolley service that offers stops throughout St. Augustine. The trolley makes 23 stops at or near popular destinations and departs every 15 minutes between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

This is a commercial building with businesses on the bottom floor and residential units on the second floor. Private entrance and parking space are provided.
