It faces a beautiful beach perfect for swimming, spending time with the family, and watching the sunsets.

This fully equipped home features 3 very spacious bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a beautiful living room with ocean views, a TV room, a dining room, a laundry room, and a terrace with incredible ocean views. You'll have access to the beach club, gym, pool, jacuzzi, and free parking on the property.

Bucerias Condo

Great condo in a great spot. View from the terrace is fantastic and the small pool is a great feature. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Villa Pelicano

Exceptional welcoming, the accommodations were beautiful, well kept & maintained. Location offers easy walking distance to everything Bucerias has to offer. Couldn’t have asked for a better last 2 days of our vacation.

Great property! Highly recommend this place. The only minor thing was weren’t able to get housekeeping, but it was no big deal. We would stay here again!

Dec girls trip

Had 5 friends with me. We stayed the weekend and had an AMAZING time. Property is beautiful, home is wonderful. I would most certainly love to come back!

Monica and Adriana are amazing hosts. Always willing to help and we appreciate everything they did for us. We enjoyed our stay at Pelicano - a beautiful condo, well equipped and a perfect location.

Excellent Bucerias stay

Beachfront condo within a small complex. Casa Pelicanos was perfect- 3 nice bedrooms, small dipping pool, great views. Beach/private pool was never busy. Enjoyed the same loungers on the beach every day. Walkable to great restaurants. Bucerias is a great small town. Manuel was our contact at the condo- extremely friendly, responsive and helpful..we look forward to our next trip to Bucerias and La Vida/casa Pelicanos

Perfect!

Lovely stay at Pelicano! The home was perfect for our group of 6. Well stocked with everything from pool towels to beach chairs. The grounds are just stunning and so well kept. Many restaurants within walking distance and a grocery store as well. The daily cleaning service was a nice bonus! Gorgeous view from the balcony!

Little piece of paradise

The property was as advertised. There were 4 of us and we had more than enough room. The plunge pool on the deck was nice for a quick dip, or enjoying an evening glass of wine and stargazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we would stay here again during high season when it's less windy.Manuel,

Just the best

This home was set up with everything you could need. We have privacy on the beautiful balance and loved the indoor outdoor vibe when we opened the sliders. Spacious and comfortable. The pool and beach were literally steps away and very tranquil. And let’s talk about location… right in the heart of all of the restaurants and shops. We appreciated the service and prompt responses to any of our questions and needs.

Paradise

This is a fantastic property with lovely views etc. It was as advertised. Loved having a washer dryer with the kids. We were on a great stretch of the beach in Bucerias. Fantastic restaurants within walking distance. La comer is an amazing grocery store. We used Uber at times to get up there as taxis aren’t readily available out front but are just a few blocks away. We had a great vacation and hope to return!

Great location and beautiful beachfront spot

We have been to the Bucerias area several times and La Vida is in a perfect location. It's on the nicest section of beach and walking distance to everything. The one thing to take note of is that this is a VERY quiet villa community. Most of the owners are elderly and they don't even like loud talking around the pool. The location, the villa, the concierge are all amazing, but if you have younger kids, who tend to make a bit of noise, this location may not be for you. If you are adults and looking for a quiet, serene atmosphere, then this is a wonderful spot.

40th birthday vacation

My two friends and husband came down to celebrate my 40th birthday. Being in the off season, we rarely saw any other guests in the shared areas, it seemed like we had it all to ourselves! The condo itself is immaculate, we enjoyed the dunk pool and the amazing views. We even named our iguana that liked to chill with us. You can give him your own name ;) Communication was great and we just had a wonderful time. There’s plenty to do and see! We chose to take Ubers wherever we went and did not have a hard time finding one. 10/10 would recommend.

Amazing

Monica and Adriana were responsive and easy to get a hold of when we had questions. The place is just like the pics, but better. For 6 people, it was no issue with space. We all enjoyed the plunge pool and was a nice added feature. The sunsets are always amazing and the sound of the ocean are relaxing. Water pressure was spot on. It is a smaller tank so keep that in mind. You are very close and can walk to everything you need. We walked up to the grocery store a few times and walked back. There was always a cab waiting if you need a ride back. Corner markets for more beer and snacks. Even walking to town square was quick and worth the visit. I gave the place 4 stars for cleanliness, only because of the ants. We made no mention of it because it wasn't a huge deal. Nothing that wasn't sealed got put in the fridge or the microwave. All in all, we were all very pleased with our stay and will look to book again for another family outting.

Wonderful relaxing wedding vacation

We spent 5 days in Bucerias for a family wedding. We could walk to all the festivities and the condo was wonderful. The condo is absolutely beautiful. Sitting in the infinity pool on the porch was wonderful during the day and at sunset. The community pool was lovely and quiet as well. The gym is lacking in free weights but we were able to take long runs and do body weight workouts. The condo had plenty of towels, cooking utensils, and beach chairs. We used the "In Drive" app for a short ride to and from the local larger grocery "La Comer". We had continued mobile services through T-mobile with easy North American plan add on. We texted and emailed with the concierge on arrival. They offered to get groceries, rides, excursions, chefs, basically anything you could possibly need. It was really seamless and relaxing. I recommend getting massages on the beach. Just walk up and the current price is 400 pesos (about $20). We enjoyed walks/runs heading south on Calle Lazaro Cardenas. There is a lovely walking trail into a larger resort area. If you head north on this street you will end up crossing the kissing bridge into the main market area. Exercise caution when crossing the bridge late at night. We recommend getting meals at Ozzie's bar (standard American), Karen's Place (I have celiac disease and they have GF labeled menu items), and Mykos (sushi and they have GF soy sauce).

Really nice condo!

Great condo. Large rooms except for one bedroom is very small but doable. Great view and access to the pool on the ocean. Walking distance to great restaurants and town. Would recommend this condo.
