This one-of-a-kind waterfront/canal front property is designed for comfort, convenience, and coastal living. Screened porch for year-round enjoyment. Multiple decks and seating areas with swings, chaise lounges, picnic table, bar area, fish cleaning station, RV hook up (30/50 amp, space: 16 ft tall, 20 wide, 45 long) for additional $50 per night, boat slip / lift, fully fenced with multiple gates.


Primary Bedroom (Queen, Triple Twin Bunk), Bathroom (Glass Shower w/bench).


BEACH ACCESS: End of road, across Hwy 87 is a walkover, golf cart access.


2 NIGHT MINIMUM (Excluding Holidays)


FOR WEEKLY RENTALS (Summer), ARRIVAL DAYS ARE: MONDAY OR FRIDAY (depending on reservations already in place). For alternate arrival days, please call out office.

My husband and I had the best time! The house was so clean and just like the pictures. We cooked almost every meal there, and the kitchen is fully stocked. It was nice to sit on the breezy porch, screened in porch and fish from the dock. We enjoyed our stay and plan on reserving again next year!

Awesome little house that’s perfect for a small family. Didn’t catch much fish in the canal but we were able to get lots of blue crabs! We also enjoyed going to the opening at the end of the road to crab and fish. I would suggest bringing extra pillows but other than that, the house has everything you need for your stay. Kids had a great time & we will definitely be back!!

Parking galore, decks for days, seating for everyone, I can go on and on about the attention to detail that was spent creating the most perfect outdoor haven! Once you step inside this perfect tiny cabin you see that the same attention to detail continues inside! From the WELL stocked kitchen with all the appliances you could need, to the perfectly spacious living room and couch and the bedroom with sleeping glaore and the absolute best use of space with a triple bunks built in!! Run don't walk to your perfect little relaxing Bolivar getaway.PS - I walked to the beach and it was completely fine but it may be a bit too far for littles.

Perfection on the Canal

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location when wanting to enjoy the beach area but not the crowds that sometimes come with the beach. The house is perfect for a couple with kids or friends getting together. The one bedroom includes the bunkbeds so plan accordingly. Just a side note, the top bunk is not for the "old". The builder took advantage of the ceiling space. The private deck provided the perfect spot to watch the barges on the intercoastal during the day and see amazing sunsets. The screened porch was great for evening card games. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would possibly need. Great little place.

Great place for couples with dogs!! We’ve booked so many places that end up having sketchy fences, but this place is super secure so you don’t have to worry about your fur babies! On top of that, everything seems brand new and they couldn’t have set it up any better. We will definitely we back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice time and very relaxing atmosphere. Really enjoyed the decks and screened in porch. Would recommend to friends wanting a boat slip and cool cabin. Fish cleaning station was very nice to have right by the slip. Plenty of room for truck and trailer and additional trucks. If your not afraid of heights the bunk beds were something else. Recommend bringing your own pillows but other than that excellent accommodations.
