The Space:

Welcome to 202 Colonnade Club, a beautifully appointed second-floor villa in the serene Shipyard community that offers one-level living without sacrificing style or comfort. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath retreat is perfect for couples or small families seeking a relaxing getaway. The primary suite features a king bed and its own full bath with a tub/shower combination, while the guest bedroom has a queen bed with direct access to the second bathroom, which includes a walk-in shower.



Vaulted ceilings in the living room open the space and frame views of the golf course from the living area, primary bedroom, and covered porch. The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and the essentials for enjoyable cooking and entertaining. The dining area seats four comfortably, making every meal a moment to slow down.



Step outside to relax on the covered porch or enjoy the onsite amenities: a communal pool and grill area combine leisure and convenience. While the beach is about a ten-minute walk away, Shipyard also offers its own beach club, or you can head to Coligny Beach for a bit more variety. In addition to its prime location, 202 Colonnade Club includes modern comforts like free WiFi, smart TVs, a Keurig coffee maker, washer and dryer, and keyless entry. The property is subject to a 3-night minimum stay and does not allow pets.

* Shipyard is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $45. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.

* Community pool is open seasonally, Hot tub open year round.

The pre-approval process takes just a few minutes and covers three simple steps:



1. Sign the Rental Agreement - a quick electronic signature, no printing required.

2. Guest verification - a fast, standard guest verification.

3. Pick your coverage: Damage Waiver (a small, non-refundable fee covering eligible accidental damage during your stay - our guests' favorite option, since it takes the stress out of minor mishaps) or Security Deposit (a fully refundable hold, released after checkout as long as everything's in order).

Getting Around:

Biking is very popular on Hilton Head Island, known for the many award-winning trails. There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! There are free trolley stops at various locations throughout the island.
