This pet-friendly retreat offers two bedrooms and one bath, comfortably sleeping up to five guests. Nestled near the entrance of Queens Grant, it provides both privacy and convenience within the resort community!



Inside, the great room impresses with vaulted ceilings and a bright airy atmosphere. The living area flows into the dining space and a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a generous island that invites conversation, casual meals, or morning coffee. Smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms let you relax with your favorite shows or movies.



The master bedroom features a king bed, while the guest bedroom includes a queen and a twin bed, an ideal arrangement for families or small groups. Privacy and ease are built in, with a clean, well-appointed bathroom serving all guests.

PROPERTY SPECIFIC DETAILS:



* Palmetto Dunes is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $45. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.

* Dog Friendly - 2 dog max. $250 non-refundable fee per dog. Dogs are not permitted on the furniture and must be crated if left alone. Please do not leave furry friends alone outside, as we have wildlife that they should not encounter.

* Queens Grant Pools are open from April 1st - October 1st.

* Free access to The Dunes Buggy transportation which provides courtesy transportation within Palmetto Dunes, Leamington, and Shelter Cove mid-March through mid-September. This on-demand service dispatches vehicles on a first-come, first-serve basis!

Pick your coverage: Damage Waiver (a small, non-refundable fee covering eligible accidental damage during your stay - our guests' favorite option, since it takes the stress out of minor mishaps) or Security Deposit (a fully refundable hold, released after checkout as long as everything's in order).

Getting Around:

Biking is very popular on Hilton Head Island, known for the many award-winning trails. There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! There are free trolley stops at various locations throughout the island.
