The Cozy Casa
Welcome to the Cozy Casa in Edgewater, CO! This main level home is located in a prime spot between Denver, Lakewood, and Sloan's Lake. Just a 10-minute stroll brings you to the park, perfect for biking, boating, and picnics. Don’t miss the Edgewater Public Market—great food, a rooftop bar, and charming boutiques, just a short walk away. Plus, The Edgewater Beer Garden is only two blocks down, serving up tasty bites and drinks.
**This is our home where we reside. We do have personal items here.
The space
This is the main floor in a two story house. Please understand this is our home where we reside. We do have food in the fridge and cabinets that we ask you do not eat. There will be plenty of space for your personal food and beverage, help yourself to any condiments:) We have locked our daughters bedroom as well as an owners cabinet that will not have guest access. The front yard lights are solar powered and will turn on when it gets dark. There is also a remote for each light strand in the key holder box if you would like to change the settings.
The thermostat controls the temperature for the whole house. Please message me if you would like it adjusted.
Two blocks down the street is the Edgewater beer garden. Very fun atmosphere and easily walked to. Further down the same street is A small strip of shops and restaurants including Joyride Brewery and Sloan's Lake. All a short walk. There are also two bikes in the backyard locked to the fence. These are for your use. The lock code will be sent in your check in email.
There is a charcoal grill on the back patio for your use as well. The back patio is shared with the downstairs guests when they are present.
We have several gardens in the backyard. Please feel free to enjoy some of the fresh produce during your stay.
There may be guests downstairs. If so, please be respectful of movement and activity noise levels.

One pet per group is allowed. A non-refundable pet deposit of $100 per pet will be added to the cost of your stay. Owner must pick up excrement after the pet before departure. An additional fee of $500 will be charged if poop is left in the yard or house. Any additional damages caused by the pet will be charged to the reserving guest.
The maximum number of guests is 6, however we do require an additional $20 per night per guest over 4 guests.

The location is amazing. A short drive from the mountains with quick access to the highway there. Just west of Sloan lake. Close proximity, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The home is only 3 miles from downtown Denver as well.
