The fully furnished 1 BR oceanfront condo has central air conditioning. Relax on the private balcony while enjoying the sunrise during breakfast and sunset with a glass of wine in the evening. This condo is located on popular South Forest Beach and within a short walking distance to Coligny Plaza. E

This beautifully decorated condo is non-smoking for your comfort and includes a central HVAC system, Corian counters, ceramic tile back splash and custom cabinets add to the natural beauty of your surroundings. A spacious California king size bed is located in the open concept bedroom which offers plenty of storage space. The fully furnished condo has all items you need for a relaxing vacation. Complimentary beach bikes, umbrella and chairs are provided for your convenience.

Seaside Villas is a gated community with a pool, a charcoal grilling area, sun deck, swing and elevator. No pets.

Great location for Beach Vacation

Nicely decorated and very clean villa to spend a week at the best beach in the country! If you love relaxing on the beach you have easy access and a fantastic view from the balcony to relax if you just want to stay in the villa!

Wonderful stay!

Our 10 days in Hilton Head were very enjoyable. What a beautiful island! Our 3rd floor, ocean-view condo was very convenient to all that we wanted to see and do.

A great honeymoon

My new wife and I have been to Hilton head a lot in the past and we decided we wanted to go back for our honeymoon. David was wonderful to work with and made life super easy. It was a wonderful week.

The perfect location

This beautiful property is located at the beachfront, with an amazing ocean view. Located a brief walk from Coligny Beach and shops, equiped with bicycles for the teail make this a great getaway location. Management and property were amazing.

A very pleasant stay

We enjoyed our stay as usual. We went to many restaurants recommended by David. All of them were as outstanding as his other tips. Hilton Head is our favorite city for dining in restaurants.

Hilton Head Get-away

We loved the location and the views of the ocean. The condo was a perfect size for us. The only negative was the deck; we felt like it was sagging and did not feel secure in the high deck chairs. We very much enjoyed this Hilton Head Get-away!

All decks at Seaside Villa were inspected 5 years ago and determined to be structurally fine. The deck are sloped to allowed water to run off. High deck chairs are provided to see over the railing in addition to a low rocker chair

Nice view

This place was great and was perfect for my husband and I. The view was amazing and I loved drinking my coffee in the morning on the balcony. We loved that there were bikes available as we rode the provided bikes everywhere. Location is very close to shopping and lots of restaurants. Great place.

Winter Getaway

The view is beautiful. Location is convenient to shopping and dining. Having bikes and beach chairs available was an added bonus. Owners advice on things to do nearby was very helpful. Cozy but all you need for a nice getaway.

Location, location, location

The unit was right on the beach with a quick stroll to Coligny Square which has restaurants, a nice park with a children's play area, groceries and entertainment.

Seaside Villas 326

Our stay at Seaside Villas 326 was fantastic. The view from the balcony overlooking the ocean was amazing and it provided us with stunning views all the time. , The bed was comfortable, the TVs were helpful when falling asleep, the air conditioning was perfect throughout the whole condo and it had everything we needed for a great stay. Thank you David for a fantastic stay and we will definitely be back again!

Villa that can't be beat!

We had a wonderful stay and this villa really can't be beat. It is a tremendous value when you consider the breathtaking ocean view, easy and direct walk to the beach, plentiful and convenient parking, lovely pool and well kept grounds, close proximity to restaurants and shopping, well-equipped kitchenette, new floors and lovely decor, comfortable bed and bedding. We highly recommend this unit and we hope to return next year!

Seaside

We were extremely pleased with the unit. The bedroom, with lots of closets and drawer space, was the best part (other one bedroom units we’ve rented have been claustrophobic in the bedroom). The view to the ocean, proximity to the beach and the fabulous sun deck were highlights of the vacation. The kitchen is extremely small and you don’t want to plan to cook much. But the restaurants on the island make up for that.

Perfect ... Just PERFECT

This condo checked all the boxes for us. Clean, comfortable bed, great location on the island and perfect view of beach all day from the balcony. I think on our next visit to Hilton Head, we will plan it around open slots for this unit. The owners included bikes for the week too which was really great. They made everything so easy. Only thing I will put as a negative is we don't own this place !
