The Space:

The kitchen is equipped for short and mid-term stays with a refrigerator/freezer, gas stove, cookware, tableware and kettle. The cabin also offers WiFi, Smart TV, heating and thermal windows.



Outside, you will find a private terrace surrounded by greenery, a BBQ and an exclusive-use wooden hot tub beside the natural riverside setting.



The property sits within spacious gardens and natural areas where guests can walk and enjoy the surroundings.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive use of the cabin, its terrace and private wooden hot tub.



Free parking is available on the property. Guests may also enjoy the gardens and natural areas designated for guest use within the property.



The Neighborhood:

The cabin is set in a peaceful rural area beside the Huiscapi River, surrounded by native forest, gardens and countryside, approximately 1 km from the village of Huiscapi.



Local grocery stores, bakeries, a butcher and produce shops are available in town. Villarrica is about 17 km away, combining a quiet countryside stay with convenient access to services and the lake district.



Getting Around:

The most convenient way to explore the area is by car. The property is located along Route S-713, approximately 17 km from Villarrica and 1 km from Huiscapi.



Bus services also connect Huiscapi with Villarrica and Loncoche. For greater flexibility when exploring the surrounding area and local attractions, we recommend having your own vehicle.



Other Things to Note:

WOODEN HOT TUB:

Use of the wooden hot tub is complimentary on the first night of the stay. From the second night onward, an additional charge of CLP 30,000 per night applies, payable directly upon arrival at the property.



PETS:

Up to 2 small or medium-sized pets are allowed and must be included in the reservation.



HOUSE RULES:

Parties and events are not permitted. Guests must complete the online registration form before arrival.
