This ground floor upscale contemporary apartment offers 1850 square feet of luxery living direct on the Caribbean Sea in the quiet neighborhood '' Belnem ', Bonaire, Dutch Caribbean. This hidden piece of paradise offers you a panoramic ocean view, private ocean entry where you can snorkeling or dive right to the coral reefs behind the home, or watch the beautiful sunsets, the view of the island ''Klein Bonaire'' from its backyard patio/sundeck.

The apartment offers ground floor living, cool breeze troughout the whole apartment along with sliding glass doors and shutter windows, and all screened four your convenience.
Two large air-conditioned master bedrooms make sleeping comfortable. Each bedroom boasts a full, private, Italian style bathroom with double sinks and shower. One bedroom has the additional feature of an bathtub.
Located directly on the water with easy access with a comfortable ladder to the Caribbean sea, the property is surrounded by palm and coconut trees.

Rinse tanks and dive gear locker are available for the divers.
Dive or snorkel off your backyard or enjoy dozens of dive sites just minutes away.

Location

Greta place just South of airport. Close to all the Dive sites south of airport. Host was awesome had a little welcome gift in the fridge. Construction next door was a non-issue. We will stay here again

great location

We had a great time staying here. The location is great, near the airport, and great snorkeling spots. The only downside was the construction happening next door was a little loud at times during the day. But we were out and about most days, so it was ok.

Amazing location, nice place, great property manager

Nothing beats a ladder into the ocean with a beautiful reef just off shore. The unit is very comfortable, with a nice workable kitchen, and Nicole is always nice to work with checking in.

Great apartment in Bonaire

It was our second time staying at Casa Iguana, great apartment and great location- close to Kralendijk but very quiet neighborhood. Looking forward to staying again!

Ocean View!

The porch, kitchen, beds and bathrooms all met our needs. It is a delightful spot. Some plumbing needs attention- drippy faucets, and electrical not working - but that is not a deal breaker for vacation in Bonaire! The construction next door was not a problem for us. The manager was responsive and helpful!

Amazing snorkeling

My sister and I wanted a snorkeling vacation and thats what we got! We snorkeled every day! Sometimes 2 times a day. Easy access to great snorkeling locations

Nice dive villa

Week long dive trip. Close to dive friends tank fill and dock for our boat dives. Easy entry to very nice house reef diving.

Fantastic!! I will stay there again and again...

The condo location is perfect- great diving/snorkeling right off the front patio. Condo itself is extremely clean, comfortable, airy, and bright. I plan to go back again next year- absolutely no complaints whatsoever!

Great dive site right off the deck.......

Casa Iquana was a huge part of making our vacation on Bonaire perfect. Breakfast, lunch, and supper right at the waters edge was just what we were looking for and with a well stocked kitchen relaxing meals were a breeze. Close to everything - airport, dive sites, grocery store and town center. Hope we can return in the not too distant future.

My "Happy" Place

This was one of many annual visits we've made to Casa Iguana. We love the fact that we can go right into the water to snorkel without walking through sand. We love the view, the cleanliness of the house and, of course, the helpfulness of the Ottens'. It has a complete kitchen with new appliances and the sunsets are wonderful!

Home on the Water

This property felt more like a residence than an apartment. Great views from deck. Comfortable living quarters. We love the location. It's an easy distance from town but away from the crowds when the cruise ships arrive. Updating the lounge chairs would be an improvement as would ceiling fans in the bedrooms.

Just as pictured

Had a little hiccup upon the arrival, but Nicole was very responsive. I was familiar with the neighborhood from a previous trip, so I was able to find the property. This is the second time I have booked with Nicole. The property is amazing. During our stay, there was construction on the house next door, but they start and stop at reasonable hours. The location is conveniently close to the airport, but don't worry...the airport traffic is not a nuisance. You have everything you need at this property, except washcloths. If you use them...bring them. We were greeted with a cold beer and a snack waiting for us which was a nice touch since our flights were delayed and no food was available for purchase on the plane. The ceiling fans were also a nice touch in the home. We will be booking this again.

Exactly as pictured

We just returned from a wonderful week at Casa Iguana. The apartment is exactly as pictured. The view is amazing and the snorkeling right off the back is very good. The location was convenient for everything we wanted to do. I would highly recommend it for people who like to snorkel or dive. Also, although we didn't experience any problems on the island, they have a safe and a locked room to secure items. They also have outside locked storage which we used to leave our luggage after check out since we had late flights. We loved Bonaire!

A luxury spacious apartment on the water

We really enjoyed our stay at thIs large 2 bedroomed apartment. More like a villa. Also during our 2 weeks the upstairs was empty, so we had the whole property to ourselves. The property is at a central location to town and the south. It is right on the sea where we swam every day and enjoyed the stunning sunsets. We enjoyed the bbq facility . Our host Rudi was fantastic, any hitches were immediately dealt with. our first groceries were waiting for us on arrival, what a treat. My only wish is that I could have stayed longer :-)

A true gem!

We felt truly lucky, indeed, to be able to stay at Casa Iguana on our third visit to Bonaire. The deck, view and reef with private ladder water entry were fantastic. Indoors was quite spacious and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped for cooking at-home meals which was especially handy with so many restaurants already at capacity. We made great use of the charcoal grill as well. The rinse tanks and secure lockers provided for stowing dive gear were particularly handy in the parking area. There were nice folks renting upstairs and sharing the deck was never a problem. Definitely recommend!

This Belnem Villa Rocks!

After many years staying at Buddy's, etc, we discovered Casa Iguana. Wow! Perfect for two scuba diving couples to share the cost. Right on the water with a sunset view, the Villa is huge, with all the amenities you could want including AC in both big bedrooms, a brand new refer, dishwasher, clothes washer, big covered deck outside plus a built in BBQ! And even better, there is a dive shop just next door at the Belmar Apts! Super easy for tanks and you can dive off their dock with zero hassels. Sweet! We've stayed with Casa Iguana for three years running and will be back again next year!
