The listing states that it sleeps 11 people, and we advertise all sleeping options. - We also note that a 4WD vehicle is necessary in the winter months, and chains are needed if snow is expected. The owner has requested that we make this more obvious in the listing, which we are working on. - We confirmed that the listing is 100% accurate.
