As a person who understands surveys and ratings. I would prefer to give a 8 out of ten, still a promoter of this property. View and location to the beach 10. Central air in our world is not 2 wall units, one of which struggles to get to 74. Pool being unavailable and apparently not being worked on and fish smell in the eating area effects a 5 or of 5 or in this review or a 10 out of 10. Would stay again. Very serene beach area.

We understand that comfort and the availability of shared amenities shape the overall experience, and we’ll keep your feedback in mind as we discuss future enhancements with the owner. The listing stated a private pool was available however the pool was closed during our entire stay. Although this was NOT the fault of the condo owner, it was disappointing. This location was great. We were right on the beach! Amazing sunset views & perfect couple getaway!

Everything about this place made vacationing, easy, the location, the parking, the size. And looking out of the window to see those views it’s the best thing ever.

Great location right on the beach with private access to the beach. This is a complex of 16 units in a quiet neighborhood. The other renters were from all over the US and were friendly and fun to visit with. Parking was onsite and easy. Plenty of outside areas to relax. The unit was as pictured, comfy for 2 people. Well stocked with items needed inside the unit and with items needed for the beach. Comfortable recliners. Beautiful views of the Gulf and spectacular sunsets!

Pool prominently featured in property description was closed by the local health dept. Slow response from host. Canned response re 4 week closure. Window AC noise disrupted sleep in BR and TV viewing in main room. Parking pass laminated and waiting in condo (thankfully, printing NOT required as suggested in VRBO e-mail discovered enroute). Facility is old but clean. Beach access is easy. Bellair Beach is great. Cannot recommend this lodging.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Joyce. We’re sorry that the pool closure affected your stay, particularly since access to the pool was an important part of your decision to book the property. While the closure was due to required health-related repairs outside of our control, we understand that this did not make the inconvenience any less disappointing. We also apologize for the delays and confusion surrounding the parking pass and for any frustration caused by our communication during your stay. We appreciate your feedback regarding the window AC as well and will share this with our local team for review. We’re glad you enjoyed the easy beach access, the cleanliness of the home, and Belleair Beach itself. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience.
