Please be advised that our property is currently undergoing important restoration and improvement work designed to enhance your future experience. This project includes updates to balconies, walkways, building exteriors, stairways, and other concrete surfaces.



Enjoy gorgeous water views on your private balcony at this Gulf getaway. You’ll love the popular Water View complex - a centrally located hideaway overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway. Take a dip in the heated pool after sunkissed days on the shore - you’re 50 steps from sugary white-sand beaches.



Inside you’ll find a spacious layout with all the comforts of home. Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, configured with generous counter space and lots of handy extras. Kick back in the open living area or unwind in the plush primary suite. Thoughtful perks like a private washer/dryer and provided beach gear add convenience to your stay.



During your stay, you may notice the following:

• Elevator is down in the West Building until further Notice

• Occasional construction noise during daytime hours

• Limited access to certain outdoor areas and balconies

• Temporary closures of balconies while repairs are in progress

• Changes to walkway access routes around the property

• Active work zones visible in some common areas

• Potential for minor debris related to construction activities

• Potential pool, hot tub, parking area, and common area closures

(Pool, hot tub, and parking access will be available at Quiet Waters when Water View facilities are closed)

Located just south of Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores is a small, 19-block beach community with a friendly atmosphere and brilliant sunsets. Make sure to visit the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, Splash Harbour Water Park, and great local seafood restaurants.

Waterview

When you pay premium price, you expect more. Internet Speed 2 Stars Kitchen Needs a lot more items. Bedding dirty and stained. Really needs a thorough cleaning before you expect someone to stay a month. Bathroom shower fixtures should be updated with modern mixers.

Poor Managment Communication

We arrived on Weds. and was advised that we would have an assigned parking spot. However, there was crates/ elevator equipment in our parking spot. We messaged the provided number and was told staff would get back with us!!! They NEVER did. The one elevator to the whole building was down however we thought there would have been another elevator but there wasn’t, we was on the 5th floor. Bathtub in master bathroom need maintenance again advised staff and again never responded. There is no smoking on the balcony and you are not allowed to have food or drinks in the pool area! The air conditioner is set to 75 at 6am and 6pm. The Managment Team is very unresponsive and carded less we had nowhere to park! Easy access to the beach and great location. We will not stay at this condo again or with the Managment company that has any of these condos

Nice place. Good location. Near good restaurants

Very clean. Ground immaculate. Perfect for two couples or a small family. View of ICW is ok but mostly obstructed by the second building on the property built closer to the water. Nice pool and hot tub. Condo is stocked with beach chairs and umbrella. Not very well stocked from a kitchen perspective. Not w whole lot of glassware. Had to go buy the basics including salt and pepper.

Vacation getaway

First of all let me say I would definitely stay in this unit again and I would highly recommend it to anyone. It was exactly like the owners and renters say. The parking spot took us a minute to find but we definitely liked it being out of the sun. There are buggies beside the elevator to take your stuff up in, we figured it out a little late. Really liked the keypad on the door, we never had to worry about losing the keys. The condo was very nice especially how all the furniture reclined and there was enough seating for the 4 of us, we loved it. The TV had the streaming apps on it plus you had cable which is very nice. It was very spacious and lots of countertops in the kitchen to place everything. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious and there’s plenty of pillows on the beds and the beds were pretty comfortable. There’s plenty of beach items in the closet but we never used it. Loved the balcony and the views of the bay. The unit is decorated really nice and we felt at home. The elevator is directly across from our room but we never heard any noise from our unit from it. Loved the views of the beach from the walkway on the 5th floor. Really liked the private beach access straight across the road but it was a little different trying to keep our shoes on and walking in the sand because there’s shells all throughout the walkway and it got in our shoes but that’s nothing major. The beach wasn’t crowded and that’s a big plus to us. Loved the pool and the hot tub but it was a bit challenging to get in the hot tub at times because there was a family that stayed in it 75% of the time and the limit is 4 people. But I guess that’s just part of it. The people have been in contact with us and they were available for any questions we had. Overall this is a wonderful place to stay and we will definitely be back if possible.

Exactly what I hoped for!

I loved the location, layout of condo, view, proximity to the beach! It was super clean, quiet, & easy to find. I’d definitely stay here again!

Indian Shores is fantastic

Very nice condo and so much to do in the area. Pool and hot tub temperatures are above normal.

Great location

This was a great condo and excellent location. The only issue was contacting the management company on day one about the broken TV. They said they would come and fix and never heard back.

We love Indian shores because it’s a great location. Water view is right between Clearwater and St Pete. Perfect location to experience both beach towns! The condo was beautiful clean and perfect for a family of 4!

Updated & well-appointed Condo

There is nothing lacking in this renovated 2BR condo. Very nicely furnished with leather couch and chairs, pots and pans and utensils for cooking in. Strong wifi if you are doing a remote work/vacation . Convenient access to the beach and the Gulf for beautiful sunset viewing, walks on the beach or just hanging out on the beach directly across the street. We felt especially safe during Covid because this area of the beach is not crowded at all and not a spring breaker area.

First surprise was upon arrival: we were disappointed to find the parking space is now outside; next issue was the cleaning, the floors were filthy as were all of the counters. After cleaning the floors and the counters, we took pictures and sent to customer care. When there was no response, we sent another email with the pictures. To date we have had no response. However, the property is as pictured but someone needs to talk to the cleaning crew to make them fully aware of the problem.

Condo was discusting

Management company to start with requires you to take a photo of you and your credit card and driver's license and text it to them to book with them . I had booked and extra night so my kids could stay all day before flight home .. management company called after I booked and said we can't have extra day . 2 days into stay get sales email would you like to stay for and extra day for a 15 % discount! Checked in and condo was super hot with a moldy smell so we turned on ac placed cooled down but smell never went away. Finally after checking everywhere we found the smell Under neath garbage bag in kitchen garbage can, there was old food that must have been there for a week or so. Email management team we get "oh sorry". A day later my son goes to use the guest bathroom (we hadn't used yet) lifts the seat and there was blood all over the underneath toilet seat . Another email to management company "oh we are sorry" With that my kids stayed at another location for rest of visit . Management company is horrible . If you are the home owner I would fire that company immediately.

Very nice apartment with good access to beaches

Nice location

Just Like Home

All the things you find at home you found here. From silverware and corkscrew to dishwasher, refridge, washer and dryer were here. Just bring your tooth brush and personal items and enjoy. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was the pool area. We are card players and there were only 2 umbrella tables for folks like us. We were only able to use once in 6 days. Similar accommodations have 3 or 4 tables. Don't let that stop you from renting. Bring your own portable table for cards or other games. ENJOY!

I didn’t know exactly what to expect, when we walked in the door it was breathtaking!

The condo was VERY clean, updated, well equipped (except for a few things)! The view was more than I expected, rear view is of the intercostal waterway and you can see the gulf once you step out your door! The kitchen needs tall glasses, tongs, salad tongs, and silverware. There also is a grill on the property, but no tools to use if you choose to grill! This is my only complaint as we tend to cook in more than go out after a relaxing day at the beach. They only except a minimum of one week reservation so I would think most people would eat in the condo several time while they are there! Overall I would DEFINITIVELY recommend this to friends and family! I would love to comeback!
