The property was very nice and the view of the beach was amazing! Check in process was smooth and communication with the host was good. The property was well stocked with everything we needed for the beach, including towels, lots of chairs, a beach cart, two coolers, and mats. Beds were comfortable and there were extra blankets, cribs and portable fans.

The location was amazing! So many restaurants near by and a coffee shop right across the road. It is an older building but with that being said, the unit was clean and communication with the host was excellent. Would definitely stay there again.

Rooms just as shown in the photo. Beach access right next door was perfect! We enjoyed the numerous beach chairs, coolers, and umbrellas that were available in the unit. Great communication from host throughout the whole process!

This condo is in a prime location if you and your family is looking for a place to stay already the Indian shores location. The two bedrooms condo needs to have a second parking spot in my opinion.

Views were great. Rooms were clean. Beds comfortable. Kitchen adequately equipped. Plenty of beach chairs and other equipment available for use. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

This property is amazing and location PERFECT! Everything was just as pictured. We could NOT of had a better view! An elevator ride and just a few steps to have your toes in the water! They provided beach towels and chairs, which came in SO handy! And the best part was the beach was NOT crowded, so even tho there were other people—-you still feel like you had it to yourself.I would absolutely recommend this property and look forward to booking with them again!

Kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The view and axcess to the beach was great! Condo was nicely decorated and updated. Only issue was the malfunctuoning handle in one bathroom shower. All else was good.Owner responded very quickly to any messages.

The View from this balcony is humbling, breath-taking. We watched the sun go down every night. This was a perfect stay with our grandkids.

The property was pretty much as described. Please note the washer and dryer are not located inside the condo itself. It was located outside in the hallway and was 3.00 per load to wash and 3.00 per load to dry. The bunk beds are metal and squeak every time you barely move. It kept us up a lot at night. We did not allow our granddaughters to sleep in the top bunk. They did not seem sturdy or safe at all!! The mattress seemed too thick so the railing was not really tall enough for protection. The other beds slept great, however. The top of one of the bar stools was just laying on top, it was not glued or nailed to anything. The couch was not very comfortable, it was very hard. The condo itself was very clean and we had all the amenities needed. There were plenty of beach chairs provided as well as a beach cart and other items. The complex itself needs a little freshening up. There were no flowers or anything like that outside. Just a few updates would make all the difference. We did enjoy our stay. The views were spectacular. So close to the water. Would stay again if updates were made.

This condo was as close as you can be to the beaches. One flight down the stairs and you’re on the beach. The views from the living room are also amazing for sunset viewing. That offsets many of the annoyances. I’ll list them below in case they’re too plentiful for your family. The building is old which leads to some inherent problems. Periodic bugs (roaches and sugar ants) in the kitchen—which happens in Florida. The A/C can’t keep up in the afternoons and rises to 80 degrees in the summer. The master bedroom toilet is not secured to the floor so it rocks when you sit and stand back up. The water from the fridge is so slow it’s comical. The twin bunk is missing is metal which squeaks so loud it’s audible from the master bedroom even with the doors closed. The hose spigot to rinse off from the beach is located next to a parking spot so you need to squeeze past a car to rinse off. The master bathroom shower sprays so hard it’s painful even when the spray pattern is adjusted. The front door has at least a 1” gap which leaks the cold air out and allows bugs in. Finally, the laundry facilities are 6.75 to complete 1 load (you are required to wash the beach towels before leaving).

Your notes are very helpful — I’ve forwarded each item to our maintenance and housekeeping teams so they can assess and address them: pest control scheduling, the A/C performance, securing the master toilet, inspecting and repairing the bunk frame and any squeaks, checking the fridge water flow, evaluating the shower head pressure, reviewing the front door seal, and looking at the rinse hose location and laundry instructions/timing. We appreciate you calling these issues out so we can improve, and thank you for staying at The Pointe 104.
