I recently stayed here with my family during a trip to New York, and I wanted to share an honest review. The location is absolutely phenomenal—truly one of the best parts of this place. It’s right where you want to be, especially if you’re visiting Times Square. The host was also very polite and responsive, which I appreciated. That said, there were a few issues that need improvement. Cleanliness was the main concern. The carpets didn’t appear to be vacuumed, and even the “clean” sheets had hair on them, which was disappointing. With better attention to detail, this could easily be avoided. The check-in process was also a bit unclear. Communication was done via text, and we were guided to enter through the back in a somewhat discreet way. It wasn’t necessarily a problem, but it would have been helpful to have a clear explanation ahead of time so we knew what to expect.Additionally, when I reported that the hallway bathroom tub was retaining water, I was told maintenance would come the next day. I understand it was already late (around 8 PM), but a simple apology or a temporary solution would have gone a long way.Overall, the place itself is beautiful and has a lot of potential. With better attention to cleanliness and clearer communication, this could easily be a top-tier stay in such an amazing location.
