Great place to stay, tons of amenities. Beautiful view of the ocean and close to the beach. Our only “complaints” were the creakiness of the couch and bed, made it impossible to move at night without waking the other person and the coffee maker didn’t work. Otherwise, great place and would stay again.

Generally good.

Loved everything: unit, amenities, staff, closeness to the beach. Did not love the bed in the main bedroom. I did not get any rest for the two nights I was there.

Quiet getaway

If you’re looking for a no frills vacation spot this is it. Bare minimum. Very creaky bed that should be replaced and cheap things throughout, pillows, furniture etc. The actual resort is very nice and I enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the beach. However this place needs upgrading.

4 nights at the beach

The condo had a great view and easy access to the beach. The condo is very minimal, but has everything you need for a simple beach stay. The listing said there was a small cooler available on site and there unfortunately was not, but other than that, the space met my standards. Wifi didn't work well for me.

Overall, we enjoyed the resort itself. The location is great, with easy beach access and convenient proximity to restaurants and shopping. The resort amenities were also a nice bonus and made up for the terrible unit.Unfortunately, the unit was a major disappointment. It was not clean upon arrival, with visible trash and debris on the peeling floors. The listing photos were also misleading- the photos had not been updated to accurately reflect its current condition. The furniture was another significant issue. The beds squeaked loudly with even the slightest movement, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep (something noted in previous reviews). The HVAC unit was extremely noisy in the main bedroom, producing a constant wind-tunnel sound that at times resembled a fighter jet preparing for takeoff. Several lights were not working. The sofa was heavily stained and looked worn and dirty well beyond what should be expected in a vacation rental. Buy the time we had unpacked, my feet were coated in dirt from walking barefoot inside! Gross. One additional suggestion would be to remove many of the decorative knickknacks and fake plants throughout the unit. They were covered in dust and only made an already small space feel more cluttered and less clean.P.S. The very old, unconditioned, unsealed butcher block countertops are harboring bacteria because there’s NO way any amount of cleaner is getting into the deep cut grooves. Barf.

It was fine, a little run down with stickers on the walls for decoration. But during the night, the variety of roaches made their presence known. It’s was so infested that Vasaca moved us to a different rental. One of the shower drains was clogged, a toilet was clogged. The other shower was so small, I had to stand on tippy toes to not be blasted in the face by the odd placed shower head. I give this rental two thumbs down.

Overall Good

The condo was good overall, however the Master Bed is HORRIBLE! It was uncomfortable, made obnoxious noises and the pillows were flat as pancakes. The location was great and the facilities and amenities made up for where the sleeping conditions lacked.

Very basic

The queen bed was very uncomfortable & old. Loud sounds when you roll over etc. Itchy cheap sheets. The sofa was gross, we put a king size sheet over it. The kitchen utensils & cups are sketchy. We didn’t dare use anything in the kitchen. This is a very basic condo.
