Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us, Catherine. We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the beautiful Oak Island location and that the home served its purpose well for your group. It’s wonderful to know that overall, the home was nice and clean and that you would recommend it. We also appreciate your thoughtful feedback regarding some areas where the home could be improved. We’re sorry to hear about the cracked coffee mug and the limited number of mugs available, as well as the size and condition of the outdoor grill not meeting your expectations. We understand how important these details are, especially for a home that accommodates up to 12 guests. Regarding the TV issues and the lengthy combination code, we apologize for any inconvenience these caused during your stay. Please know that the owner has recently updated the cookware and added new coffee cups to better accommodate guests. As for the grill, we put it together last year, and it is the model the owner selected. We will certainly share your feedback with them to consider for future updates. Your comments about the pool gate and access are also valuable, and we appreciate you bringing these to our attention. We truly value your input as it helps us improve the experience for all our guests. We hope you will consider staying with us again in the future so we can provide an even better stay.
