Love the easy beach access! The rental was very clean and well equipped. Quick communication before and during our time there. Had one small maintenance request and it was addressed in under two hours. Definitely recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The beachfront location was perfect, with easy access to the beautiful beach just steps from the door. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive, which made the entire process hassle-free. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway. I’d definitely love to return!

We enjoyed our stay starting with easy check in and out. Communication with host was timely and informative. Very clean property and beautiful beach that was not crowded. We hope to be back soon.

Right on the beach. Morning coffee on the patio and watched the dolphins swim by. Only negative is the TVs are too small and the shower is very tight.

What an amazing location - right on the beach!!! The room has all the basics, but don't expect luxury. However, the bed was extremely comfortable and I didn't hear any noise from neighbors. A great value and close to some very fun and nice restaurants. Not a real busy area in general.

Cute and cozy and right on the beach. The apartment was just what we were looking for! Jay was quick to respond to questions. Property was located on a quiet stretch of the beach, not too far from the airport and a Publix. We were looking for a place we could return to for a bit of relaxation and I think this will be the place. There were beach chairs, towels and a cooler to use. Perfect place for morning walks and evening sunsets. Can’t wait to come back!

This was a fantastic stay. We loved being literally on the sand. It's easy to get to with immediate access to Gulf Blvd. and the public transportation system. The only suggestions: It would have been helpful to have more places to hang wet items (hooks on the backs of doors or on a wall somewhere.The kitchen appliances were sufficient, but having some salt/pepper or a can of cooking spray on hand would be nice. I've stayed at other houses where there were basic seasonings and condiments available (assuming they were left by prior visitors).These 2 suggestions did not affect my 5 star rating. Thanks for a great stay!

Great place to stay for both location and proximity to the beach. I will say the only that was a little inconvenient was there not being an outlet in the bathroom but luckily I had an extension cord and we didn’t see any games in the unit. Both of those are minor and we just ran to the local Walmart to grab a few games and brought them home with us. One thing we really loved was the fresh seafood market that was across the street. We purchased a steam basket to make crab and donated it to the unit along with an umbrella and anchor. Love to always give back to great hosts! We will definitely come again!

Was a wonderful place. We just wished we had the balcony with the view. But it was all good. We had the best relaxing time ever. The convenience of a kitchen to make a small meal was the best. The beach was just what we asked for. The back patio areqa to grill, relax and watch the sunset was impeccably. Thanks to Jay with his grrat communication we felt at ease!! Thank you Jay!!!
