We had a wonderful stay here. I’ll list pros and cons: Pros: Spectacular views Lots of natural light from large windowsFabulous, well stocked kitchen Nice bathrooms Lots of connected open space especially for the living areas Great location with easy access to everything Cons: No black-out curtains. If this is important to you, this home won’t work. The shades on the windows and sliders are only light-filtering. One of the bedrooms has a large transom without any window treatment. Light will pour in so be ready to wake when the sun comes up. My other issues has more to do with property management than the house itself:When we arrived in summer on a 103 degree day, we were greeted to the home being unbearably hot. The thermostat was set to 80 degrees. I’m unclear if that was a mistake because the property management company proclaims they always prewalk the properties and set the thermostats to be comfortable temperature. I believe it was supposed to be 74. At any rate, the AC had to run nonstop that entire day and night. We had to go to bed miserably hot. On this note, the home doesn’t have good ducting. The entire left side of the house stayed much warmer than the right. Perhaps because they installed a wall AC unit on the right— we ended up moving bedrooms from the left to the right to be able to sleep comfortably. All in all, the home was lovely and I think most the cons had to do moreso with property management.
