THE CONDO
Welcome to `Barefoot Bay,` your direct oceanfront retreat on the 15th floor of Tower 2 at Bay Watch Resort in North Myrtle Beach. This beautifully appointed 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests, offering a serene coastal escape with breathtaking views.

It features comfortable seating for six, a large Smart TV for entertainment, and a luxurious double Murphy bed for additional sleeping.
* Kitchen: The full kitchen is a chef`s delight, equipped with brand new modern stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and white cabinetry. It includes a full stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and essential cookware, allowing you to prepare your favorite meals.
* Dining: A formal dining table provides a beautiful setting for your meals, with the ocean views serving as a stunning backdrop.
* Private Balcony: A true highlight, offering stunning, unobstructed views of the sparkling pools, the expansive North Myrtle Beach coastline, and the vast ocean stretching out before you. It`s the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening sunset.
* Bedroom: Retreat to the peaceful sanctuary of the bedroom, featuring a king-sized bed with a stylish blue headboard and charming sea-life patterned bedding. This room also includes a second Smart TV and a spacious closet for ample storage.
* Privacy: The 15th-floor location in Tower 2 offers a more private stay. The unit is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest.

Private Access: Self-check-in via keyless entry, bypassing the front desk for a seamless arrival. You have exclusive access to the entire 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo.

Bay Watch Resort is conveniently located in North Myrtle Beach, making it easy to explore the area by car, rideshare, or even on foot.

Car: Having a car is the most convenient way to get around, especially for visiting nearby attractions like Barefoot Landing (2 miles), Tanger Outlets (3 miles), and Cherry Grove Pier (5 miles). Free on-site parking is available at the resort.
Rideshare & Taxis: Uber and Lyft are readily available for quick trips around North Myrtle Beach and beyond. Local taxi services also operate in the area.
Walking & Biking: The beach and many restaurants are within walking distance, and North Myrtle Beach is bike-friendly, with rental shops nearby.
Public Transit: Coast RTA offers bus services along the Grand Strand, though routes are limited.
Whether you`re driving, biking, or catching a ride, getting around is easy, with plenty of attractions just minutes away!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
We want your stay at `Barefoot Bay` to be as comfortable and convenient as possible. Here are a few additional details to keep in mind:

* Starter Supplies: We provide a starter supply of essentials like kitchen towels, toilet paper, and trash bags to help you settle in before needing to shop.
* Linens & Towels: Linens and towels are included and can be swapped out during your stay for a small fee.
* Pool Towels: Please note that pool towels are not provided by the resort. We recommend bringing your favorite beach towels.
* Beach Gear: We do not provide beach chairs and umbrellas for guest use, but these can be rented seasonally on the beach by lifeguards.
* Washer & Dryer: A washer and dryer are available on-site within the resort`s facilities for your convenience; please note that these are paid services.
* Resort Activities: Take advantage of seasonal events and live entertainment hosted at the resort, especially during the summer months.
* Extended Stays: Perfect for both short stays and extended vacations, with discounts available for weekly or monthly bookings.
* Mandatory Rental Agreement and Damage Waiver:
We partner with the safe and secure CHARGEautomation system which assists with completion of the rental agreement and damage waiver process. Agreement consent is finalized through payment of the mandatory, non-refundable $35 Damage Protection Fee within 1 hour of booking. The waiver includes coverage for up to $1,000 in accidental damage, providing added peace of mind for your stay.
PARKING LIMITATIONS:

Free parking is available in the resort parking deck on a first-come, first-served basis. Each condo is limited to a maximum of two (2) parking spaces.

Per resort policy, motorcycles, trailers, and golf carts are not permitted in the parking deck. Vehicles over 6’6” in height cannot enter the deck. The resort may offer limited paid parking in its oversized and overflow lot through the front desk, subject to availability. Guests are responsible for any additional parking fees.
We want to ensure you have a fantastic stay at our cozy 1-bedroom 1-bathroom condo. Please take a moment to review our house rules to make your experience as enjoyable as possible:

1. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. The rental agreement will be sent electronically and will need to be signed 24hrs before check-in.

2. Smoking and Vaping:
Our property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house or on the balcony/porch. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if available.

3. Pets:
Sorry, but pets are not allowed on the premises. We love animals, but we want to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests.

4. Quiet Hours:
Please respect our neighbors and maintain quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances during this time.

5. Maximum Occupancy:
The maximum number of guests allowed is 4 and only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

6. Parties and Events:
No parties or events are allowed on the property. This includes gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy without prior approval.

7. Amenities and Property Care:
Please treat our home with care. Any damages, excessive mess, or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest.
Kindly respect and use the amenities provided responsibly.

8. Cleaning and Maintenance:
A cleaning fee is included in your reservation. We kindly ask that you leave the property in a tidy condition upon check-out.

9. Security and Safety:
Lock all doors and windows securely when leaving the property.
Fire safety: Locate and familiarize yourself with the fire escape routes and fire extinguisher locations.

10. Respect for the Property:
Please respect our property and the belongings within. Do not move furniture or take items outside of the unit.

11. Parking:
Follow parking guidelines and use designated parking areas only. Parking instructions will be sent the day of check-in.
