Perched over the stunning Coe Hill area, our lakeside retreat offers breathtaking natural beauty, spacious bedrooms, and an incredible balcony with panoramic views. Relax by the water, take a refreshing swim, or unwind in our serene lakefront sitting area. Whether you're here for adventure or tranquility, Wollaston Castle is your perfect getaway.

• Proximity to Amenities: The property is approximately 4 km from a gas station, convenience store, LCBO, grocery store, and pizza shop, Post Office and others.
• Nearby City: Bancroft city is a 25-minute drive away, offering additional services and attractions. Canadian tire home hardware no-frills bank and etc.
In the town of Bancroft, a hospital , police station and also a fire station is located nearby. All your restaurants and entertainment needs are also resides within. such as bars, Pizza Hut, Pastries, and The Beer Store.
Banks are also located within Bancroft: TD bank, ScotiaBank.
Coe Hill offers beautiful nature scenery with forests that have not been disturbed. Great for children to hike and be one with the nature.
The property boasts a large kitchen and lounge area designed to accommodate up to 20 guests, complete with full accessories. Guests are provided with towels and hand soap.
Main living area : large area for 20 people setting large dining table, 10 chairs, 2 sofa beds, extra couches, a TV, main kitchen, a bar and a 2 pcs washroom.
• Bedrooms: The main structure includes five bedrooms, each equipped with 2 large kitchens and 5 bathrooms, and one powder room making it ideal for multi-family stays.
• Additional Spaces: A boathouse is also available.
No public transportation, must come and move around with your own car.
Decking: Recent upgrades include 1,500 square feet of new decking, perfect for outdoor gatherings.
• Facilities: A gas BBQ grill, fire pit, and game room are available for guest use.
• Waterfront: Approximately 530 feet of waterfront access allows for various water activities.
There is a game room (30X30) feet in boat house
Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.
