Extremely well quipped condo, wonderful view, easy access to pool and beach. Owners provided a comprehensive booklet with condo information and orientation to the St. Pete Beach area.

This condo is one of the nicest, cleanest well updated vacation rentals we have stayed in. The location is magical with views that are absolutely wonderful. We saw dolphins, birds, and all types of boats going by; just so relaxing. The pool and little private beach area were awesome and St Pete beach was a quick drive across the bridge. Cant say enough good things about the area or the condo. VERY highly recommend.

5 star property. Very well equipped. There is nothing you will need that is not provided. The view is phenomenal. Parking is very convenient. Trust me when I say that you will not be disappointed with this unit! Just don’t try to rent it when I am next year!!

We loved Sunset Paradise! It was the best place to relax and just enjoy the gorgeous view. I especially loved watching the boats pass through the bay and the afternoon sunset were amazing! That’s exactly what we were looking for. The condo had all the supplies you needed. We flew in so it was nice not to have to pack extra items like hairdryers and bulky towels. This was a quiet community. Our kids ages 14 and 11 enjoyed the marine life found in the bay and also enjoy the relaxation of the beach bayside. They basically had the pool to themselves! It’s not a place to be rowdy, but an amazing place to unwind and just enjoy the view and time with your family! I can definitely see us coming back to this location if we vacation in St. Pete again!

Our host was exceptional. They communicated quickly and professionally. The unit is beautifully decorated and immaculate. The views are fantastic. The beds are great. The view from the deck and Watching the boats and the dolphins in the bay is very relaxing. Also, you have a great view of the pool and the sunsets. The parking was perfect, with the assigned space right in front of the door to the lobby. Pass a Grille Beach, located across the bridge is great beach also. There are several great restaurants and the downtown area holds on to the small Florida town feel. The Isla Del Sol community where the unit is located is very well maintained and very secure. We would definitely consider staying here again. Thanks to our host for sharing their home and making it a great vacation experience for our family.

Sunset Paradise truly lives up to its name. The condo is absolutely gorgeous, and the sunsets on the balcony are unforgettable. It’s rare to find a place that feels both beautifully designed and genuinely comfortable, and this one strikes that balance perfectly.Everything I needed was right there, and the space is so thoughtfully equipped for a relaxing stay. Jen and Marty were incredibly responsive and helpful, with clear communication and easy instructions from start to finish.I felt completely at home the entire time and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area or even a local looking for a peaceful staycation by the water.

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO and would absolutely return. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and thoughtfully set up for a comfortable stay. It really felt like a home away from home.Stop searching. This is the spot. The attention to detail stood out the most. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the overall cleanliness was top-notch. It’s clear the owners put a lot of care into making sure guests have a great experience.The location was also perfect—quiet and relaxing but still conveniently close to everything we wanted to do. Whether it was dining, exploring, or just enjoying some downtime, it was all easily accessible.Communication with the host was smooth and responsive from start to finish.
